En Venezuela hay muchos lugares en donde se puede conocer mucho sobre la historia de este país, pero el Estado Lara tiene un sitio con un ambiente de tranquilidad, en donde la fe y la paz son los protagonistas, hoy quiero traerles unas hermosas fotos que tienen mucho que ver con Lara, no quiero causar polémica con las fotos porque sé que hay personas que no comparten algunas cosas o costumbres de algunas personas, tampoco quiero hablar sobre temas de religión, lo que deseo es resaltar algo que es realmente histórico y muy popular en el Estado venezolano, que anteriormente les mencione.

En anteriores publicaciones le pude mostrar parte de mi visita al pueblo de Santa Rosa, y quiero que puedan ver la parte artística, un ejemplo es la imagen de la divina pastora que data de los años 1800, recordemos que en esos años el arte colonial estaba muy vigente, gracias a los españoles que hacían vida en estas tierras del Sur de América, un belleza que ha sido restaurada y que a pesar de los años luce como si tuviese vida, con su larga cabellera y mirada penetrante, los escultores de la época eran unos verdaderos artistas, en las fotografías también podrán observar un vestido que tienen más de 100 años y que fue donado por el expresidente Juan Vicente Gómez, exactamente en el año de 1915. Espero que les gusten estas fotografías que les traigo con tanto cariño.

In previous publications I was able to show you part of my visit to the town of Santa Rosa, and I want you to see the artistic part, an example is the image of the Divine Shepherdess that dates from the 1800's, let's remember that in those years colonial art was very much alive, thanks to the Spaniards that lived in these lands of South America, a beauty that has been restored and that in spite of the years looks as if she had life, with her long hair and penetrating look, the sculptors of the time were true artists, in the photographs you can also see a dress that is more than 100 years old and that was donated by the former president Juan Vicente Gomez, exactly in the year 1915.
