In case you missed it... CoinMarketCap has just launched the first every Crypto Awards 2024!

Crypto will be celebrated & everyone (who is registered with CoinMarketCap) can participate to help with the winners' selection. Users have a voice and it is nice to know that it can be heard.

Something that is very important, but I have not seen it being 'advertised', is that users can also have the opportunity to vote and win some USDT for participating (info below)

Is this event only for crypto savvy people?

I am not sure. Maybe, but this post could also be a great sign for people who do not know much about crypto. If you see this, my friends - this is time for you to start learning about crypto and diving in the new ecosystem :)

Visit the main page of the event and choose the category you wish to upvote:

There is a @cryptowendyo account on hive, and I thought it was created by the real Wendy (more than 200K users follow her on YouTube and TikTok, and more than 300K follow her on X/Twitter)

However as per the comment by @stayoutoftherz - she confirmed that she had not an account here (more info in this link)

I would like to say that all the nominees are great at what they do, you should check out and follow them if you find their content useful

How to Vote?

Before you vote, make sure to watch the video and see all the nominees. They are all GREAT!

After you cast your vote, you will be able to see the results as shaped by the user votes.

I know that whoever wins, all 5 of them are winners for a variety of reasons.

  1. They help people understand crypto and to be safe
  2. They started learning crypto early
  3. They have offered and continue offering a lot to the users
  4. Each and everyone of them are special, in a unique way.

My vote is with Wendy, because she is a girl in the crypto world - and has gone a long way! It's not easy to do that, yet she is amazing at what she does.

If we want to see the ceremony, we need to mark the date of March 6th in our calendars. The Awards Ceremony will be streamed live on CMC and YouTube.

This is the first crypto-awards event organized by CoinMarketCap. Even if you are not too crypto-oriented, you may take some time and check out the top nominees in the 8 categories. You will definitely learn something new :)

Seems that the user having created @cryptowendyo on Hive is not that influencer whom you highlighted but rather an identity theft!
