Presenting Hive Communities: Foodies Bee Hive
What is Hive to you..? To me, it feels like home.
It is a daily habit of mine, I just need to come by, to read the news of my friends, to check out my favorite communities, to be inspired, and to write a blog post about any topic I want ... And so much more.
A few days ago, I was reading a post by @edicted, he was wondering if Hive does have a niche like other blockchains / projects do. I was confused. Is this what it needs to be more successful? Is this what it needs to go mainstream? To find a specific niche? I am not sure.
But I know one thing. It is important that the content creators who join, can easily find their niche, their community. This way they can decide what to write about, where to write it and how to tag it. This way they will not get lost in the many many many posts :)
So my initial thought is... Let's try and .. present all communities & dApps of Hive. Separately. But writing down everything someone needs to know about them.
I had tried to write down the nationality communities here
Now, I will try to write down all the communities that exist in Hive. I am starting and let's see where it takes me. My distant goal is to write a (free) e-book and anybody who wants to learn more about hive and its possibilities, will be able to download it.
I would like to know your thoughts about it and now .. I will start today with the ... Foodies Bee Hive Community!
About .. Food!
Food is not only essential for survival but it also has been an integral part of human culture since the beginning of civilization. Food not only provides the necessary nutrients to fuel our bodies, but also serves as a way to bring people together, celebrate special occasions, and share cultural traditions. Throughout history, the way food is grown, prepared, and consumed has evolved dramatically, reflecting changes in technology, economic systems, and cultural beliefs.
From hunting and gathering to agriculture and industrialization, food production has become more efficient, allowing for a greater variety and availability of foods.
Home cooking is a common activity and everyone has their own unique preferences in ingredients and cooking styles. On Hive, users from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds come together to exchange cooking tips, recipes, and food styling advice. These interactions often result in impressive food presentations that could rival those found in glossy magazines.
Without any further ado, let's get into this!!

Taking the next step.
Do you think that we could create a presentation and pitch it to food magazines, youtube channels, tv shows? This would create a buzz around our community and bring more foodies / content creators here! Or, more investors who would like to have a ready userbase to contribute to their business in any possible way (i.e. creating original content etc?)
What would your thoughts be?
Is there any information missing here?
I plan to follow the same style in presenting, about all other communities on Hive.
Every one of them will have a special infographic with all necessary information.
I look forward to hearing your feedback :) Thank you for your attention!

Uf, you'll have a lot of work to do. A lot of communities around... 😜
Or just ones with at least 100, 500, 1000? members or more?
For now, I am thinking of including the most important ones, the ones who have a significant number of active users.. I will not include (for now) the community "Cemeteries" :)
Yes, all communities are niches, and if the people who write about these niches (but targeted from outside) could be interested in rewards ...
