Homemade salad with tuna, tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion and parsley / Sałatka z tuńczykiem i warzywami

Tonight I made a tasty salad for dinner with fish - tuna and vegetables. Along with bread, it is a very nutritious dish full of vitamins. I'll show you in this post how I make it.

Dzisiaj wieczorem zrobiłam sobie na kolację smaczną sałatkę z dodatkiem ryby - tuńczyka i z warzywami. Wraz z chlebem jest to bardzo pożywne danie, pełne witamin. Pokażę wam w tym poście, jak ją robię.

First, I peeled the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Onions - in feathers, and tomatoes in small, triangular shapes

Najpierw obrałam warzywa ze skórki i pokroiłam je na drobne części. Cebulę - w piórka, a pomidory w małe, trójkątne kształty.

As for the tuna, I used the canned one.

Jeśli chodzi o tuńczyka, użyłam takiego z puszki.

More and more vegetables appeared on the large salad plate. Finally, I added canned tuna to them and mixed all the ingredients together.

Na dużym, sałatkowym talerzu pojawiło się coraz więcej warzyw. Na koniec dodałam do nich tuńczyka z puszki i wymieszałam ze sobą wszystkie składniki.

Pod koniec mojej zmiany dodałam do sałatki pokrojoną natkę pietruszki i cebulę. Rzadko jem taką sałatkę, ale fajnie jest czasem zrobić w kuchni coś nieznanego, spróbować nowości. Gdy taka potrawa mi zasmakuje może zostać w mojej kuchni na dłużej. Smak tej sałatki bardzo dobrze trafił w moje gusta, więc pewnie będę ją sobie robić co jakiś czas 😋

At the end of my change, I added chopped parsley and onion to my salad. I rarely eat such a salad, but it's nice sometimes to do something unfamiliar in the kitchen, to try something new. When I like such a dish, it can stay in my kitchen for longer. The taste of this salad suited my tastes very well, so I will probably make it every now and then 😋
