Millet vegeburger with vegetables in a wholemeal roll / Wegeburger w pełnoziarnistej bułce

Recently I visited Krowarzywa restaurant for my favorite vegeburger and when I was ordering it I found out that that there is no bun, which I usually buy - wheat with black sesame. Baked on the spot. There were only wholemeal rolls available and I decided to choose it. In addition, as usual, I chose Jaglanex, a burger made of millet, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and coriander with the addition of lettuce, sprouts, pickled cucumbers, peppers, spinach leaves and onions.

Ostatnio zajrzałam do burgerowni Krowarzywa na mojego ulubionego wegeburgera i gdy go zamawiałam dowiedziałam się, że nie ma tej bułki, którą zazwyczaj kupuję - pszennej z czarnym sezamem. Wypiekanej na miejscu. Dostępne były tylko bułki pełnoziarniste i na taką się zdecydowałam. Poza tym tak jak zwykle wybrałam Jaglanexa, czyli burger z kaszy jaglanej, pestek dyni i słonecznika oraz kolendry z dodatkiem sałaty, kiełków, ogórków kiszonych, papryki, liści szpinaku i cebuli.

Sometimes this situation leads to nice changes. The whole grain roll had a lot of tasty grains on the top piece of the roll and tasted great. Probably from now on I will only order such a bun when I go to Krowarzywa for a vegeburger.

Czasem taka sytuacja prowadzi do fajnych zmian. Bułka pełnoziarnista miała dużo smacznych ziaren na górnym kawałku bułki i smakowała znakomicie. Chyba od teraz tylko taką bułkę będę zamawiać, gdy wybiorę się do Krowarzywa na wegeburgera.

This is what the current restaurant menu looks like. Among the vegeburgers, we can order Jaglanex, Cieciorex, Tofex, Vegan Pastrami, Tempeh or Taste of the month. Each vegeburger has a different cutlet, eg Cieciorex - made of chickpeas, and Tofex - made of tofu. There are also wraps and vegan kebabs.

Tak wygląda aktualne menu restauracji. Z burgerów możemy zamówić Jaglanex, Cieciorex, Tofex, Vegan Pastrami, Tempeh albo Smak Miesiąca. Każdy burger ma inny kotlet, np. Cieciorex - zrobiony z ciecierzycy, a Tofex z tofu. Są też wrapy, czy wegańskie kebaby.

When I arrived, my favorite seat was occupied, so I sat by the window. Later, the seat with armchairs became vacant, but I did not want to change seats.

Jak przyszłam moje ulubione miejsce na fotelach było zajęte, więc usiadłam przy oknie. Później miejsce z fotelami się zwolniło, ale nie chciało mi się przesiadać.

Due to the fact that there are no new pandemic restrictions, I feel less and less that there is such a thing as a covid pandemic. Sometimes I am reminded of it, for example, by such signs informing that the table has been disinfected.

Dzięki temu, że nie ma żadnych nowych obostrzeń związanych z pandemią coraz mniej czuję, że jest coś takiego jak pandemia covid. Czasem przypominają mi o tym np. takie tabliczki informujące, że stolik został zdezynfekowany.

Jaglanex, as usual, turned out to be very tasty, but I decided that next time I will try some other vegeburger, probably the taste of the month, and I will write to you if it was worth it 😉

Jaglanex jak zwykle okazał się b.smaczny, ale zdecydowałam, że następnym razem wypróbuję jakiś smak miesiąca i napiszę wam, czy było warto 😉
