Mural Street Art at the Center Metro Station in Warsaw / Zimowe murale na "Patelni" w Warszawie

From time to time, new murals are created on the walls of the square near Center Metro Station in Warsaw. They most often refer to important historical events, such as the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, or are part of the winter decor of this place.

Co jakiś czas na ścianach placu przy Metro Centrum w Warszawie (popularnie zwanym Patelnią) powstają nowe murale. Najczęściej nawiązują one do ważnych wydarzeń historycznych np. do Powstania w Getcie Warszawskim, albo popularyzują polskich artystów, czy też są elementem wystroju zimowego tego miejsca.

Currently, there is just such a winter mural there. The huge inscriptions "Warszawa" make the greatest impression, many pictures show some kind of winter sports - eg skating or skiing. There is also a thick forest with snow-covered Christmas trees and Water Tower in the the Saxon Garden.

Obecnie znajduje się tam właśnie taki zimowy mural. Największe wrażenie robią ogromne napisy "Warszawa", wiele obrazków prezentuje jakieś sporty zimowe - np. łyżwiarstwo, czy narciarstwo. Znalazł się tam jeszcze gęsty las z ośnieżonymi choinkami, a także Wodozbiór z Ogrodu Saskiego.

It is a very minimalist design.
