The parade cauldron, some more beautiful porcelain and other cool exhibits from "The Splendor of Power" exhibition (part 3) / Kocioł paradny, jeszcze trochę przepięknej porcelany i innych fajnych eksponatów z wystawy "Splendor władzy"
Today I am going to write a little more about the exhibition, which attracted me a lot in recent days. Sometimes it is so, that you go to some place and then it stays in a person, in his thoughts and imagination. I had this after visiting Japanese temples. Sometimes I dreamed about it at night. This time, fortunately, it did not happen, but I will show you some other cool paintings, ceramics and other exhibits that I liked when I visited the exhibition.
The painging below is huge. It took up almost the entire wall in the room I entered at the exhibition. I really like such large works of art. It is a painting by Johann Samuel Mock and shows the campament near Czerniaków, i.e. a manifestation of the forces of the army of Augustus II the Strong.
Poniższy obraz jest ogromny. Zajmował prawie całą ścianę w pomieszczeniu do którego weszłam na wystawie. Bardzo lubię takie duże działa sztuki. To obraz Johanna Samuela Mocka i przestawia kampament pod Czerniakowem, czyli manifestacją sił armii Augusta II Mocnego.
Below you can see the parade cauldron that was part of King Augustus II army's equipment. I wonder what sounds it made.
I liked this porcelain very much. Including a vase with a hen, which in the card I had had a funny inscription "Under its cover with this white bird, soups were floating, not just any!". It is a card from a collection of cards, a treasury of knowledge that I received at the entrance. Large snakes and birds of paradise also look great on porcelain.
