Discovering More of Brussels: A Lovely Walk Through A Famous Shopping Gallery to the Little Famous Statue.

Hello @worldmappin community!
Let me continue our Brussels adventure. After being amazed by the beautiful and peaceful moment inside the Church of Our Lady of Assistance, we continued exploring the charming streets of Brussels. We headed back to the lively streets and we were enjoying our little walking adventure. Because the city has so much to see from every corner.

Our next stop brought us to the famous gallery-Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. It is one of the most beautiful covered shopping galleries in Belgium.

I was impressed by the architecture from the moment we entered. Just look at that glass ceiling! It stretches high above the passage and lets the natural light come inside. The beautiful combination of glass and iron creates such elegant and classic European details.

The atmosphere was so lively - people strolling by, sitting in the cafeteria for a cup of coffee, browsing the boutique shops. and enjoying a delicious meal.
We found ourselves looking up at the shops. We went inside, full of colorful and hand painted animal figures. The colorful and cutest bulldog cost 300 euro.

Of course, we cannot miss visiting the Belgian Chocolate Factory. It was like a magical chocolate window shop with its floating hot air balloons and sweet treats.
We slowly walked through the passage, taking in the beautiful views and enjoying the window shopping.
After our walk to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, we continued walking through the streets of Brussels.

Our next destination was one of the city's most recognizable landmarks, the Manneken Pis (Jeanneke Pis).
As we approached the location, we noticed people gathering around a small fountain-Mannekin Pis. They were taking pictures and others were waiting for their turn.
And there she was! -Manneken Pis. In Brussels, it's famous! Don't forget to visit the two famous urinating statues. Naturally, we joined the other tourists taking photos because the place of the statue was on the narrowed street.

After exploring the Manneken Pis statue, we slowly walked to Agora Square. The bronze shows a man sitting relaxed with his dog beside him is called Charles Buls Foundation. The former Mayor of Brussels named Charles Buls (1837-1914) is a hero in the city because he saved the old city center. The square was lively with old European buildings around.

After our walk through the beautiful streets of Brussels, we decided it was time to eat. We stopped at a cozy fast-food restaurant and a modern self-service order kiosk called Champs Tacos. Their menu was full of delicious and tempting combos at an affordable price. It was time to rest our feet and enjoy our food.

Looking back, we enjoyed exploring another side of Brussels.
We started with the beautiful architecture of Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert and admired its glass roof. Then we continued to a tiny statue, Agora Square and after that we ate together. It was worth discovering for completely different places.

Another stop, another story and another precious memories with my family. Thank you Brussels for your beautiful charm!. Stay tuned for another Brussels journey.
