Despite the economic difficulties we face nationally, his leadership has made our educational work more manageable and rewarding.

Reflecting on this experience, I realize I misjudged someone before truly getting to know him. The new director is undoubtedly someone who is making a positive difference in our institution. This situation has taught me that first impressions can sometimes be deceiving and that it's crucial to give people the opportunity to prove themselves. So, the next time you meet a new leader or colleague, remember that everyone has their own story and potential. Don't be swayed by what they say.
