Feliz y bendecido miércoles para todas las Damas de Hive. Es un gusto volver a compartir con ustedes y responder a las preguntas del concurso semanal de la comunidad. Ambas preguntas me parecieron interesantes y muy oportunas para reflexionar por lo que trataré de responderlas de la manera más breve posible.
Happy and blessed Wednesday to all the Ladies of Hive. It is a pleasure to share with you again and answer the questions in the weekly community contest. I found both questions interesting and very timely to reflect on, so I will try to answer them as briefly as possible.

En primer lugar nos hablan sobre el valor de nuestra moneda, la cual ha presentado algunas alzas impulsadas por el movimiento del BTC. En cuanto a este tema puedo decir que mi meta en Hive siempre ha sido crecer y aumentar mi poder de voto HP, no obstante, esta meta se ha visto interrumpida en varias ocasiones debido a circunstancias en las que me he visto en la necesidad de hacer Power Down para solucionar problemas económicos personales.

Para todos los que hacemos parte de este gran ecosistema, siempre es una excelente noticia ver que nuestra moneda aumenta su valor en el mercado, ya que eso significa que podemos obtener mejores dividendos.
Además esto también significa que nuestra cuenta adquiere mayor valor y nuestro poder de voto también tendrá más valor, al igual que los votos que reciben nuestras publicaciones.

First of all, they tell us about the value of our currency, which has shown some increases driven by the movement of BTC. Regarding this topic, I can say that my goal in Hive has always been to grow and increase my HP voting power, however, this goal has been interrupted on several occasions due to circumstances in which I have seen the need to do Power Down to solve personal financial problems.

For all of us who are part of this great ecosystem, it is always excellent news to see that our currency increases its value in the market, since that means we can obtain better dividends.
In addition, this also means that our account acquires greater value and our voting power will also have more value, as will the votes our publications receive.

Sin embargo, el mercado cripto es tan volatil que todo puede cambiar en cuestión de minutos. Desde que estoy en la plataforma he visto el valor del Hive pasar los 3$, el cual nunca pude aprovechar, pero también lo he visto caer a los 0.17 centavos. Muy pocas veces he tenido la oportunidad de vender a la alza porque cuando hago power down lo hago por necesidad, lo que significa que vendo al precio que está la moneda en ese momento. Planear estrategias de trading con la moneda de Hive no ha estado en mi mente, pero tampoco lo descarto del todo. Según mi experiencia, cada Hiver toma decisiones que tienen que ver con comprar o vender Hives basado en su realidad económica, sin la menor intención de perjudicar el ecosistema, como en muchos casos se especula.
However, the crypto market is so volatile that everything can change in a matter of minutes. Since I have been on the platform I have seen the value of Hive go above $3, which I was never able to take advantage of, but I have also seen it drop to 0.17 cents. I have very rarely had the opportunity to sell up because when I do power down I do it out of necessity, which means that I sell at the price the currency is at at that moment. Planning trading strategies with the Hive coin has not been on my mind, but I do not completely rule it out either. In my experience, each Hiver makes decisions that have to do with buying or selling Hives based on their economic reality, without the slightest intention of harming the ecosystem, as is speculated in many cases.

En otro orden de ideas, en lo que se refiere a las cirugías cosméticas, puedo decir que no las cuestiono del todo, porque todo depende de la necesidad de cada quien y cada caso es muy particular. De manera personal, confieso que cuando era joven habían ciertos aspectos y detalles de mi cuerpo que quería cambiar o mejorar. Pero luego de madurar y tener que pasar por algunas cirugías no cosméticas con el propósito de mejorar mi salud, cuya recuperación fueron un poco traumatizantes, comencé a preguntarme cómo algunas personas eligen pasar por el dolor y el riesgo de una cirugía por capricho y por no aceptar su cuerpo. No me refiero a las personas que de verdad ameritan de cirugías cosméticas, me refiero a aquellas que exageran tanto que llegan a tener apariencias totalmente diferentes a la original.
In another vein, when it comes to cosmetic surgeries, I can say that I don't question them at all, because everything depends on each person's needs and each case is very particular. Personally, I confess that when I was young there were certain aspects and details of my body that I wanted to change or improve. But after growing up and having to go through some non-cosmetic surgeries for the purpose of improving my health, the recovery from which was a bit traumatizing, I began to wonder how some people choose to go through the pain and risk of surgery on a whim and not for good reason. accept your body. I'm not referring to people who really deserve cosmetic surgeries, I'm referring to those who exaggerate so much that they end up looking totally different from the original.

En esta etapa de mi vida, lo que verdaderamente es importante para mi es la salud, por ende, solo me sometería a cirugías que sean estrictamente necesarias para resolver problemas y mejorar mi calidad de vida. Respeto totalmente las opiniones contrarias y entiendo que cada caso es diferente, pero esta opinión está basada en mi realidad y en mi experiencia de vida.

At this stage of my life, what is truly important to me is health, therefore, I would only undergo surgeries that are strictly necessary to solve problems and improve my quality of life. I totally respect contrary opinions and understand that each case is different, but this opinion is based on my reality and my life experience.

It's indeed great to see the prices of crypto on the rise and would be nice to take advantage of them, although it is kind of difficult to do when we want to keep growing our stacks :)

And yes, it's best not to judge or question others on their choices because we have different beliefs and values. I think that as we mature and grow older, our priorities and thoughts change.
