Bendecido día para todos mis amigos y compañeros de NeedleWorkMonday, deseo para ustedes una excelente semana. Hoy me encuentro de vuelta por acá para compartirles un nuevo proyecto a crochet.

Como ya les he comentado, tejer es mi actividad favorita y una de mis mejores terapias de relajación y también de meditación. Todavía no he terminado un proyecto cuando ya estoy pensando en uno nuevo y las ganas llevarlo a cabo lo antes posible me invaden. Eso fue lo que me sucedió mientras estaba tejiendo el día de ayer, observé mi caja de hilos y se me antojo tejer una carterita multicolor.

Blessed day to all my friends and colleagues of NeedleWorkMonday, I wish you a great week. Today I am back here to share with you a new crochet project.

As I have already told you, knitting is my favorite activity and one of my best relaxation and meditation therapies. I have not yet finished a project when I am already thinking about a new one and the desire to carry it out as soon as possible invades me. That's what happened to me while I was knitting yesterday, I looked at my yarn box and I felt like knitting a multicolored purse.

De todo la infinidad de cosas que se puede hacer con la técnica de crochet, mi favoritas son, sin lugar a dudas, las prendas de vestir y las carteras. En realidad, adoro tejer carteras, así que la pasé muy bien tejiendo esta linda carterita multicolor. Elegí varios de mis colores favoritos y los que consideré que harían una buena combinación.

Of all the countless things that can be crocheted, my favorite are, without a doubt, clothing and purses. Actually, I love crocheting purses, so I had a great time crocheting this cute little multicolored purse. I chose several of my favorite colors and the ones I thought would make a good combination.

Esta cartera la tejí completamente en puntos bajos, porque la intención era que quedará muy tupida. También utilicé la técnica del tapestry crochet al pasar una hebra de hilo por dentro de todo el tejido, con esta técnica se logra que el tejido quede mucho más firme. Adicional a esto, le coloqué un forro de tela en su interior, lo que hace que la cartera sea mucho más fuerte.

I knitted this purse completely in single crochet, because the intention was that it would be very dense. I also used the tapestry crochet technique by passing a strand of yarn through the whole fabric, this technique makes the fabric much firmer. In addition to this, I placed a fabric lining inside, which makes the wallet much more resistant.

Para tejer el asa utilice doble hebra y la trabajé en punto deslizado para lograr que quedara bastante resistente. Debo decir que realizar este proyecto fue muy entretenido y relajante, me gustó mucho hacer cada vuelta en espiral y jugar con los colores hasta obtener la combinación perfecta para mí. Esta carterita tiene el tamaño justo para llevar el teléfono, las llaves y una tarjeta de débito, es ideal para salidas rápidas y cercanas.

To knit the handle I used double stranded yarn and worked it in slip stitch to make it very resistant. I must say that making this project was very fun and relaxing, I really enjoyed making each loop in a spiral and playing with the colors until I got the perfect combination for me. This little wallet is just the right size to carry a phone, keys and a debit card, it is ideal for quick and close outings.

Knitting is no more common thing in my country, when i was child my Mom also made the scarf and sweater in home by using colorful yarns but now she never find time for it, but here after watching the lots of artwork my interest developed towards it, will try to learn it.
