Saludos querida comunidad amante de las agujas y los hilos. Es un agradable placer volver a saludarles en una nueva semana. Ayer me vi obligada a perderme nuestro Lunes de agujas debido a algunos asuntos inesperados que requerían mi atención. No obstante, estaba deseosa de poder compartir con ustedes mis proyectos a crochet del fin de semana.

Greetings dear needle and yarn loving community. It is a pleasant pleasure to greet you again in a new week. Yesterday I was forced to miss our Needle Monday due to some unexpected matters that required my attention. However, I was eager to be able to share with you my crochet projects from the weekend.

En mi búsqueda de nuevos patrones para mi colección de mini tapetes me encontré con algunos patrones que me llamaron mucho la atención como es el caso de esta linda sombrilla o paraguas. Este patrón me encantó desde el primer momento que lo vi, ya que me fascina formar figuras planas a crochet. Entonces decidí hacer una pausa en mi proyecto de tapetes e intentar este lindo diseño.

In my search for new patterns for my collection of mini rugs I came across some patterns that caught my attention as is the case of this cute umbrella. I loved this pattern from the first moment I saw it, since I love to crochet flat shapes. So I decided to make a pause in my rugs project and try this cute design.

Es la primera vez que veo un gráfico de una sombrilla tejida como una figura plana, ya que si los había visto en diseño 3D. Además de la sombrilla también encontré otros patrones bastante curiosos que me encantaría replicar muy pronto. Me propuse no tenerle miedo al patrón e ir logrando cada vuelta hasta terminar todo el patrón. Puedo decir que me encantó el resultado final. Me sentí muy emocionada de haberlo logrado y ahora estoy mucho más motivada a intentar patrones cada vez más complejos.

This is the first time I have seen a graphic of a woven umbrella as a flat figure, as I had seen them in 3D design. In addition to the umbrella I also found some other quite curious patterns that I would love to replicate very soon. I decided not to be afraid of the pattern and to make each turn until I finished the whole pattern. I can say that I loved the final result. I felt very excited to have achieved it and now I am much more motivated to try more and more complex patterns.

En esta oportunidad no les puedo decir que todo fue sencillo, ya que la vuelta número 3 tiene una puntada que nunca había hecho por lo que tuve que detenerme a analizar bien el gráfico y hacer varios intentos hasta lograr la puntada tal cómo se muestra en la imagen de referencia.

This time I can't say that everything was easy, since row number 3 has a stitch that I had never made before, so I had to stop to analyze the chart and make several attempts until I got the stitch as shown in the reference image.

Aventurarme en cada uno de estos retos con gráficos más complejos me hace sentir como si estuviera haciendo un diplomado sobre crochet, lo cual es fascinante, ya que me fascina aprender nuevas técnicas. Me divierte y me relaja mucho esta nueva actividad, pronto seguiré compartiendo nuevos patrones y proyectos logrados. Gracias por leer, saludos y bendiciones.

Venturing into each of these challenges with more complex graphics makes me feel like I'm doing a diploma on crochet, which is fascinating, as I love learning new techniques. Esta sombrilla esta muy hermosa, son de esos pequeños tesoros que guardan esas revistas de antaño, como decía mi abuela nada mejor que un aplique tejido en casa. Te felicito que tengas feliz día, y bueno que te puedo decir hay días en que nuestros deberes nos absorben y ni tiempo tenemos para tomar una aguja para relajarnos.
