Cambios alimenticios al cumplir un año[ESP-ENG]

Jetter cuando cumplió el año su ritmo de alimentación cambio ya no comió como antes, sus frutas y verduras que más le gustaban no las quería con solo mostrárselas me las tiraba; sentía que su crecimiento no avanzaba, de hecho me preocupaba tanto que le hable a la pediatra porque lo veía más delgado. Muy amable y atenta su pediatra me explico que suele pasar cuando cumplen los 12 meses, su crecimiento va más lento por lo tanto sus porciones de alimentos bajan ya que comen lo que necesita el cuerpo y van perdiendo el interés de los alimentos porque están descubriendo cosas nuevas como(Caminar) debido a esto me mantuve con mucha calma y siempre ofreciéndole diferentes comidas aunque no quisiera.

Jetter when he turned one year old his feeding rhythm changed, he didn't eat like before, his fruits and vegetables that he liked the most he didn't want them just by showing them to him and he threw them away; I felt that his growth was not progressing, in fact I was so worried that I talked to the pediatrician because I saw him thinner. Very kind and attentive pediatrician explained to me that it usually happens when they turn 12 months, their growth is slower so their food portions go down as they eat what the body needs and they are losing interest in food because they are discovering new things like (walking) because of this I remained very calm and always offering different foods even if he did not want.

Así pasamos un mes con mucha paciencia y trataba de no forzarlo ni que me viera preocupada, lo incluí en nuestra comida familiar sin sal, ni azúcar absolutamente todo sano, aun así no comía tanto como lo hacía antes pero sentía un amanse en él. Un día nos invitaron a un almuerzo familiar y la hija de nuestro amigo estaba comiendo una PERA con la piel, la cual se antojó para mí fue extraño ya que no quería las frutas que yo le ofrecía sin embargo esa era particular porque no estaba pelada, la niña me pregunto si le podía dar le dije que si, Jetter enseguida lo agarro y para mi sorpresa se la comió toda.

So we spent a month with a lot of patience and I tried not to force him or that he saw me worried, I included him in our family meal without salt or sugar absolutely everything healthy, even so he did not eat as much as he did before but I felt a love in him. One day we were invited to a family lunch and our friend's daughter was eating a PEAR with the skin, which was craving for me was strange because she did not want the fruits that I offered, however that one was particular because it was not peeled, the girl asked me if I could give her, I said yes, Jetter immediately grabbed it and to my surprise he ate it all.

Al día siguiente me propuse a darle las frutas sin pelarlas para probar este método que me había faltado hacer, sin mentira ninguna volvió agarrar la pera ya que se la di completa(claro la lave muy bien antes de dársela) al ver que quería la fruta así, le ofrecí al otro día una banana picada por la mitad con la cáscara y la otra pelada, efectivamente se la comió toda; así sucesivamente todas las frutas se las ofrezco con la piel.

The next day I decided to give him the fruits without peeling them to try this method that I had failed to do, without any lie he took the pear again since I gave it to him whole (of course I washed it very well before giving it to him) seeing that he wanted the fruit like this, the next day I offered him a banana chopped in half with the peel and the other one peeled, he actually ate it all; and so on all the fruits I offer them with the skin.

Sin embargo tuve que comenzar a investigar si estaba bien que le diera la fruta así con la piel como la PERA; descubrí qué hay ciertos alimentos la cual no puedo darle con la piel ya qué hay frutas que son elevadas en riesgo alérgicos, un ejemplo sería el melocotón, durazno y el Damasco, al dárselas debemos estar atentos, yo sin saber se lo ofrecí pero con suerte le cayó bien, no tuvo ninguna reacción; también es muy importante tener en cuenta si le damos frutas completas con semillas, por lo general cuando Jetter come cualquier cosa y más si contienen semillas no me despego de él, siempre observándolo y atenta.

However I had to start investigating if it was ok to give him the fruit with the skin like PEAR; I discovered that there are certain foods which I can not give him with the skin because there are fruits that are high allergic risk, an example would be peach, peach and Apricot, when giving them we must be attentive, without knowing I offered it to him but with luck he liked it, he did not have any reaction; It is also very important to take into account if we give him whole fruits with seeds, usually when Jetter eats anything and more if they contain seeds I do not take off from him, always watching him and attentive.

En conclusión si se puede ofrecer algunas frutas con la piel, claro no el melón ni la naranja cuya piel son duras se le tiene que pelar ya que no resultan digestivas; también su lavado es importante antes de consumirlas así eliminamos posibles residuos de plaguicidas. Para finalizar quiero decirles que cada niño es diferente, van desarrollando etapas la cual debemos adaptarnos a ella con mucha paciencia, todo pasa no volverán hacer niños y siempre informarnos de cualquier situación que se nos presente.

In conclusion if you can offer some fruits with the skin, of course not the melon or orange whose skin are hard you have to peel it because they are not digestive; also washing is important before consuming them so we eliminate possible residues of pesticides. To finish I want to tell you that each child is different, they are developing stages which we must adapt to it with a lot of patience, everything passes, they will not become children again and always inform us of any situation that may arise.
