Houses and Lifestyles of the Mro Tribes

Yesterday was a different day. To be honest, yesterday was a different experience day for my life. Yesterday some of us went to a tribal village in our country and spent a night inside their house. The name of that tribe was Mro tribe. We have a tribal colleague with us and we went to his village and got to see their lifestyle and their habitats which I really liked.

The things that we like most about these tribes are their living and working life. These tribes mainly live in houses made of bamboo. Even their houses are quite high and a lot of firewood is stored under the house. Adjacent to their houses are small sheds for keeping chickens and other animals such as pigs. Their diet is quite different and they mostly eat boiled food especially they are more used to eating food without oil. This tribe is basically a patriarchal tribe. But the men and women of this tribe are very hardworking.

These tribes wake up in the morning and go out in search of work in different hills. There they eat lunch and carry baskets made by Kari Bas on their foreheads and many use cloths to carry their babies on their backs. These tribal women are the most hardworking and they feel comfortable doing it.

I am Md. Kawsar Hasan. I am Bangladeshi and proud to introduce myself as a Bangladeshi because I love my country so much. Because this is my motherland. I am engaged in the teaching profession. When I can teach my students something new, I have a different feeling. I also like to learn and do something new every day, I like to mingle with new people and like to learn something new. I always think of myself as a student of nature. Because we have a lot to learn from nature. I just try small to learn. I love to travel. A lot can be learned from nature through travel. Love to learn and write. I have been trying to write since I was a child and that is why I often fall behind in writing. I try to respect people. I think if you respect someone, your self-esteem does not decrease but increases.

all the women carry bananas and different fruits and vegetables on their foreheads and sell them in different places across different mountain paths and they can carry a lot of weight. Which really surprised me a lot. Here are some photographs of how the women are carrying this mass and carrying it for sale. Honestly I sent a wonderful moment and I really enjoyed it.

For many years I wondered why those communities suffer the floods every year, which force them to build their houses way above the ground. Then I remembered the happiness when growing visiting my family living like that. It must be the price they are willing to pay for freedom from society's restrictions. Being kind of savages makes life worth living and risking everyday.

Here they live at the foot of the hill. There are no floods here. Thanks for your nice feedback
