MARKET FRIDAY: GETTING ULTIMA STARTER FEED FOR MY BROILERS // LIFE OF A FEATHERED FRIENDS

Hi everyone,

Good morning, good afternoon and good evening to everyone wherever you may be all over the world. It is Friday again and which means today is marketfriday. A big thanks to @dswigle for the initiative of #marketfriday community. A community to share different market culture.

It happens that today I need a feed for my new broilers so I have to visit a nearby Agro store where different kinds of bird feed, drugs, vaccine and materials used in the poultry are been sold. The name of the store I visited is J.M.K Agro ventures and is not far from my place. Thou, I usually go there to buy drugs and feed for my local birds.

I went over to the store to Ultima feed starter for my birds. I have been using the Ultima starter feed for some time and I can tell the great effects it has on my local birds. Even though, Ultima starter feed is used by all my friends rearing broilers including @peterale, @femcy-willcy.

The price of the feed keep rising so as the price of the birds. The last time I bought the feed. A full bag of Ultima starter cost #7800 and I bought the half of the bag at the rate of #3900. On getting there today,I was so surprised that the price of the feed has increased a lots. The bag of the Ultima starter feed now cost #8400 which is initially #7800. My plan is to buy a full one bag but since the price have changed greatly, I have to settle for half of the bag which cost me a sum of #4200 since I can't afford the money for full bag.

I hope you are able to get the other bag of feed. Everything seems to have gone up in price, doesn't it? Everything!!! I am not sure any of us can really afford to shop anymore!

#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers markets and eventually branching out and evolving over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike.
