Learning is a continuous process and know matter how long we live, we will surely continue to learn.
All the topics for this week weekend engagement are all amazing and thanks to @galenkp for this awesome initiative.

So my topic for today #weekend engagement will be option two which is learning.

Option two

Tell us about a time you learned a very valuable lesson. What was it, the circumstances around it, how did the learning process go and what was the result?

As a man, I have learnt a lot of things but to make easier and clear and I will be talking about the the work I learned and it is the means in which I used to feed my family.

Like I have said before that as a man I have learnt a lot of things in life but there was a time in which I learned a valuable lesson through my uncle.
I moved from our village to the capital of my state which is Ilorin when am done with my secondary School time. As of that time all I ever wanted is to be graduate students of any institution it may be and read an engineering course. But as time goes on I couldn't get an admission in to any institution and I have started to be fed up.

So there was a day like that when my uncle sent one of my younger brother to me to talk some things out. He talk about my school stuff about being unable to get admission and all those stuffs. So he mentioned that since I haven't get an admission then I should join him to know about his work. I looked down but couldn't say anything at first but I later told him that no problem that I will join him. My uncle happened to be a professional plumbing technician and very expert in his work.

By the time I started following him out, I thought to myself that is this the end of my education career.

Gradually,I started becoming an expert in the work as well and later after some years I got an admission and I was so happy that finally I have my chance to further my education.

What I learnt was that everything we learned in life is not waste and it is through the work that I learned from my uncle that is now the means which I used to survive. And for once u never regret that I got a delayed with my education career. Even if there was a delayed still everything later pay off.
