Espero que se encuentren genial, saben el día de ayer mi esposo estuvo de cumpleaños y como siempre me ha gustado la repostería quise intentar hacerle una gran torta húmeda de chocolate rellena del mismo chocolate con una cubierta de chispas y leche condensada, de verdad muy deliciosa es por ello que quiero compartir con ustedes esta preparación, espero de todo corazón les guste

Primero separo las yemas de la clara de huevos colocándolo en dos envases distintos donde las claras pase a batirlas con la batidora hasta lograr convertirla en punto nieve mientras que las yemas las mezcle muy bien con una taza de azúcar hasta una mezcla homogénea
