Benefits of coconut oil for hair

Pasó a paso
Cada semana antes de lavarme mi cabello lo divido en dos partes iguales para colocar el aceite de coco cubriendo así totalmente el cabello para luego hacerme un moño y dejar que actué unos 20 minutos antes de lavar
Step by step
Every week before washing my hair I divide it in two equal parts to put the coconut oil on it, covering the hair completely and then I make a bun and let it act for about 20 minutes before washing.
Seguidamente lave mi cabello con shampo y acondicionador para luego simplemente predeceder a secarlo con el secador y listo queda totalmente sedoso y brillante, me encanta lo nutritivo que deja mi cabello, se ve muy sano y fuerte, este procesó lo hago una vez por semana y el cambio es radical y espectacular
Then I wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner and then simply pre-dry it with the hairdryer and it is totally silky and shiny, I love how nourishing it leaves my hair, it looks very healthy and strong, I do this process once a week and the change is radical and spectacular.
