Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. We were at my sister's house making her hallacas. If you want to know more, then stay tuned.

My sister called us to come to her house to help her make hallacas. I had left the day before to stay overnight there, since she was going to get up at dawn to cook the stew and so that my nephew wouldn't wake up so early and would have someone there with him while she prepared everything. At 8 a.m., my mom and dad arrived to help out. along with my sister's mother-in-law, who lives downstairs. They began making the first hallacas. The secret is to have everything ready for the next day, except for cooking the stew and assembling the hallacas. Another important detail is to clean the banana leaves. The other ingredients are potatoes, eggs, paprika, raisins, olives, and capers, with corn flour as the base.

We took several photos, we all wore Christmas hats, and my nephew is already asking to have his photo taken. Well, here we are on the Hive feed, haha, wishing my other sister were here, but many flights to the country were canceled for some reason. However, I sense that reunions are coming soon, closer than I can imagine. Venezuelans, despite all the good and bad things we have experienced, whatever they may be, we find a way to keep the tradition of hallacas alive. No one is going to take that away from us; it is a Venezuelan hallmark. But we had a very good day, and the coming Christmases will be much better than all the previous ones. Hola Apreciados Lectores.

Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, pues estábamos en casa de mi hermana haciendo sus hallacas, deseas saber más entonces quédate.

Mi hermana nos llamó para que fuéramos a su casa a ayudarla a hacer las hallacas, yo me había ido un día antes para quedarme durmiendo allá, ya que ella se iba a levantar de madrugada para ir cocinando el guiso y para que mi sobrino no se despertara tan temprano y estuviera con alguien allí mientras ella preparaba todo, a las 8 am llego mi mama y mi papa de refuerzos, la suegra de mi hermana que vive en la parte de abajo, se comenzaron a hacer las primeras hallacas, el secreto está en dejar todo listo para el otro día solo de cocinar el guiso y armar, otro detalle importante es ir limpiando las hojas de plátano, lo demás los ingredientes papa, huevo, pimentón, pasas, aceitunas y alcaparras, y como base la harina de maíz.

Nos tomamos varias fotos, todos teníamos gorros de navidad y mi sobrino ya pide que le tomen fotos y bueno aquí estamos en el feed de Hive jaja queriendo que mi otra hermana estuviera aquí pero se suspendieron muchos vuelos por alguna razón hacia el país pero pronto vendrán los reencuentros presiento que está más cerca de lo que yo me pueda imaginar, los venezolanos a pesar de tantas cosas buenas o malas que hayamos vivido como sea léase bien como sea buscamos la manera de que no se pierda la tradición de las hallacas nadie nos va a venir a quitar eso, es un sello venezolano, pero pasamos un día muy bueno, las navidades que vienen serán muchísimos mejores que todas las anteriores, hay salud eso importa mucho, espero les haya gustado mi relato, nos vemos luego.
