Hola a todos espero que se encuentren excelente, es un honor estar nuevamente por aquí y esta vez con mi tema titulado: la pesadilla del internet continua en mi urbanización, si deseas saber mas pues bienvenido a un nuevo relato.

Para dar inicio a esta lectura debo decir que todo marchaba bien con mi conexión a internet pero justo el 22 de noviembre del año 2022 volvió la pesadilla de conexión se había ido en la noche y yo pensé que era una falla general ya que en la zona siempre suelen cortar cables que conectan a varios estados del país, efectivamente habian cortado una fibra optica me calme un poco y dije bueno en algunas horas va a llegar, pues para mi sorpresa comenzaban a informar en el instagram que el servicio se estaba restaurando progresivamente, y en mi casa nada que llegaba allí enseguida saque la conclusión que nos habían vuelto a quitar la conexión y casualmente ese día estuvieron algunos técnicos revisando en horas de la mañana.
To begin this reading I must say that everything was going well with my internet connection but just on November 22, 2022 the connection nightmare returned, it was gone at night and I thought it was a general failure because in the area they always cut cables that connect several states of the country, I said to my surprise they started to inform on instagram that the service was being progressively restored, and in my house nothing was coming there I immediately concluded that they had taken away our connection again and coincidentally that day there were some technicians checking in the morning hours.

Si efectivamente un armario de infinidades de cables y lo peor es que son muy finos pero en cantidades es lo que hace que llegue la señal entre otras cosas, estos armarios también son conocidos como ADS y están enumerados por cada sector y depende donde este la linea de la persona, cuando digo pesadilla para los vecinos es porque cada vez que llega un técnico a revisar es un terror ya que no sabes si te quiten el internet para colocarle a otra persona creo que es lo que esta pasando en mi casa, esa es la conclusión que siempre saco ya que la señal siempre ha sido alta y quizás por eso se metan tanto con ella, pero también ha sido falta de inversión en muchísimos equipos.

Pues si dijeran aquí en venezuela esto es el pan de cada día, hay muchísimas personas que se les va el tono del teléfono y el internet, pues nosotros lo reportamos desde el mismo día y el 9 de enero del presente año vinieron unos técnicos revisaron y dijeron que iban a arreglar nuestro problema desde la central y esta son horas que aun no llega el servicio, como pueden ver son muchas las personas que están iguales y muchas veces cancelan esos reportes para decir que arreglaron cuando no es así, hay días que no pueden venir por falta de gasolina, casi nunca tienen escaleras para montarse en los postes, uno no sabe si reír o llorar como un país tan rico esta de esa manera, actualmente los trabajadores de esa empresa telefónica trabajan particularmente cobrando en divisas no estoy ni a favor ni es contra de ellos, pero tienen que llevar comida a su hogar, no justifico lo que hacen, y el miedo de pagar es que te quiten mas rápido el servicio.

Bueno las esperanzas que nos dio uno de los técnicos que vino a revisar hace poco no fueron muy positivas que digamos, ya que dijo que nos olvidáramos de la fibra óptica de la misma empresa claro es obvio que si no han podido resolver el problema de raíz menos para pasar a esa fase, aunque me confunde ya que he visto cerca de casa colocando esa fibra, no nos podemos quedar con una sola opinión claro al parecer la empresa intel los esta ayudando, pero espero que si pueda mejorar el servicio para todos.
Well, the hopes that one of the technicians who came to check recently gave us were not very positive, since he said that we should forget about the optical fiber of the same company, of course it is obvious that if they have not been able to solve the root of the problem, it is even less to move to that phase, although I am confused since I have seen near my house placing that fiber, we can not stay with only one opinion, apparently the company intel is helping them, but I hope that they can improve the service for everyone.

Este problema ha sido en varios sectores, los servicios cada vez don peores por la falta de mantenimiento e inversión en equipos. Espero tu situación mejore.

Realmente es muy lamentable toda la situación por la que pasan los venezolanos cada día con las conexiones de internet, es algo que leemos con mucha frecuencia, de corazón esperamos que en algún punto mejoren todos los servicios 🙏🏼.
