Hello everyone, I hope you are feeling great, in this new publication, I will talk about my topic titled; do I work for experience or for monetary necessity? stay and I will tell you what I think.
Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren excelente, en esta nueva publicación, les hablare de mi tema titulado; ¿trabajo por experiencia o por necesidad monetaria? quédate y te cuento lo que opino.
To begin this story I would say that for no one it is a secret that there are countries where the economy is maintained and in others you survive or sometimes you work more than the account but you get a reasonable reward, at present I have not heard much the word experience but other positions where the work is demanded a little more, I have noticed that in spite of the bad economic situation that my country is going through, you can still see money in the street, probably because I live in a mining state, but not everyone enjoys this precious material.
Para iniciar este relato diría que para nadie es un secreto que existen países donde se mantiene la economía y en otros se sobrevive o algunas veces se trabaja mas de la cuenta pero se obtiene una recompensa razonable, en la actualidad no he escuchado mucho la palabra experiencia mas que otros puestos donde se exige un poco mas la labor, pero de resto las personas tienen que ingeniárselas para aprender rápido algún oficio que no hayan hecho antes para poder ganarse ese puesto deseado que les permita sustentarse por algunos meses, he notado que a pesar de la mala situación económica que atraviesa mi país, aun se ve el dinero en la calle, probablemente sea por que vivo en un estado minero pero que no todos gozan de ese material precioso.
Currently students who are about to leave high school choose to look for a job while they get to enroll in a university, others dedicate themselves to work fully since they had to support their family, there are many realities, in this part of the story I identify myself as I was about to enter the best insurance company that had the city, but inflation caused it to close its doors and many others, The point I am going to make is that experience is important but they take into account the initiative and responsibility that you have to work whether good or bad and sometimes if you do not have those qualities you are fired even if you have a lot of experience, before there was a little more flexibility and the hours of late arrivals to work were forgiven but minimum errors hire others.
Actualmente los estudiantes que están por salir de bachillerato optan por buscarse un empleo mientras consiguen inscribirse en alguna universidad, otros dedicarse al trabajo de lleno ya que les toco mantener su familia, hay muchas realidades, en esta parte del relato me identifico yo ya que estuve apunto de entrar en la mejor aseguradora que tenia la ciudad, pero la inflación causo que cerrara sus puertas esa y muchas, al punto que voy es que la experiencia es importante pero se toma en cuenta la iniciativa la responsabilidad que tengas al trabajo sea bueno o malo y algunas veces si no tienes esas cualidades eres despedido así tengas mucha experiencia, antes había un poco mas de flexibilidad y se perdonaba las horas de llegadas atrasadas al empleo pero mínimos errores contratan a otros.

Trabajar para cadenas de supermercados asiáticas: ¿bueno o malo?
Answering that question is a bit difficult and why? well it turns out that I have acquaintances of that Asian supermarket chain and they live here by my house, I talked to the manager to make it easier for me to take a picture of the store and one of them told me now this job is not good but it is not so bad either, worse is not having a job or nothing to do, and sincerely looking at it from that point of view it is logical, in the times of pandemic they told me that they started earning a salary that motivated them between $ 150 to $ 200, remember that in that year to be exact 2020 that amount was not bad at all since the dollar was low, Currently they tell me that they lowered the salary to $ 80 imagine that demotivates a lot but the duty to go to work is not lost, approximately they work from 8 am to 11 pm and I know that in other countries they work I have no doubt but here they work those hours and are not paid as it should be, but of course I have heard that not everyone is like that there are some who serve their employees well, among everything else they can also take a bag of food to their homes.
Responder esa pregunta esta algo difícil y porque? bueno resulta que tengo conocidos de esa cadena de supermercado asiáticos y viven aquí por mi casa converse con el gerente para que me facilitara tomarle foto al almacén y uno de ellos me dice ahorita este trabajo no es bueno pero tampoco es tan malo peor es no tener empleo o nada que hacer, y sinceramente viéndolo de ese punto de vista esta lógico, en los tiempos de pandemia ellos me decían que comenzaban ganando un sueldo que los motivaba entre 150 $ a 200 $ cabe recordar que en ese año para ser exacto 2020 no era nada mal esa cantidad ya que el dolar estaba bajo, actualmente me cuentan que le bajaron el sueldo a 80$ imagínense eso desmotiva mucho pero el deber de ir a trabajar no se pierde, aproximadamente trabajan de 8 am a 11 pm y yo se que en otros países se trabaja no tengo duda pero aquí trabajan esas horas y no son remunerados como debe ser, pero claro he escuchado que no todos son así hay unos que atienden bien a sus empleados, entre todo lo demás también pueden llevar una bolsa de comida a sus casas.

El día a día de un supermercado entre cargar cajas, descargar camiones, ser cajero, acomodar los anaqueles y un sin fin de cosas son los oficios que puede hacer una persona para rebuscarse y llevar el alimento a su hogar, yo vengo de allí también y no da vergüenza pero aveces esto sigue siendo un impulso para mi de invertir mas en lo online y seguir generando unos ingresos como creador de contenido todo es incierto eso lo sabemos pero nada cuesta intentar y arriesgarnos un poco a ver que pasa.
