Time To Return Home || Microfiction Challenge

Anna clasps the gold locket shut, tears welling up in her eyes. She trusts the words, after running away from home for 6 years.

"Mommy?" A tiny hand slips into hers. Time to go home.

"Let's go see Grandpa, Mimi."
