The weekend? Mine was amazing.

Before getting into the weekend, I was desperately begging for the weekend to come because I had a very intense mid-week experience with so many things which preoccupied my mind and my schedule.

By Friday night, I was already feeling knackered and I barely managed to wrap up the things on my to-do before crawling into the weekend. I guess you can already imagine what I had in mind getting into the weekend.

Here is a highlight of my weekend experience;

1. Relaxation.

This is surely not a surprise, right?

I didn't particularly get to sleep around the clock, but I sure gave myself enough sleep. I can remember waking up by 9:51am on Saturday without feeling bad for sleeping till that time of the day. Hehe.

Aside from sleeping, I got to spend quality time meditating and taking walks around the City of Ibadan. It was such an amazing experience. I've always known that going for a walk usually has a therapeutic side to it, but it hits the spot when you are doing it after a very hectic week.

2. Binance Community Meetup.

I was getting this notification via my Binance App throughout the week, but I never really felt like having a second look until Friday night when I was about to hug my bed. That was when I checked the invite and noticed that the meet-up meant for my City was scheduled for 19th November, Saturday.

I tried to register for the Meetup and everything happened so quickly.

I woke up on Saturday, did a few home stuff and moved my ass to the meet-up venue.

It was amazing!

It feels good to physically connect with Crypto enthusiasts. Now, they are asking for a review.

3. World Cup.

Is this what they mean by 'saving the best for the last? Hehe. Prolly!

You see, we football fans have been waiting for this World Cup since Russia2018. This competition comes around every 4 years, so, understandably, we all are filled with a surge of anticipation.

The first game was played a few hours ago between Qatar and Ecuador and you can check my review of the opening fixture of Qatar2022 to be up-to-date with the happenings.

Don't miss it.

Well, these were not all I did this weekend, but the devil is in the details. Hehe. I'm off to bed, mates. Let's have an amazing week ✌️.

To Think that I was in Ibadan the entire October. It's an amazing place. I almost considered relocating from Abuja to Ibadan. But I made friends here, I couldn't afford to severe the relationship just yet. 🥺

Haha... Ibadan is truly amazing. If you are in the decent part of the town, you well have so many interesting experience over here. Abuja is also cool in its own way. Hehe.
