¡Holaa Hivers del Mundo! ¡Bienvenidos a mi Blog! Espero que tengan un buen martes. Una de las actividades que me gusta hacer y que últimamente realizó frecuente, es la caminata y el senderismo. Ya he hecho varias publicaciones sobre esto, incluso videos de recorridos de mis caminatas, que pueden ver en mi canal de 3speak con gusto. Pero esta vez, quise disfrutar un poco más del paseo y conectar con la naturaleza y no grabé, solo tome un par de fotos que les mostrare a continuación.

Hello Hivers of the World! Welcome to my Blog! I hope you have a good Tuesday. One of the activities that I like to do and that I have been doing frequently lately is walking and hiking. I have already made several posts about this, including videos of my walks, which you can see on my 3speak channel with pleasure. But this time, I wanted to enjoy the walk a little more and connect with nature and I did not record, I just took a couple of photos that I will show you below.

Había estado un poco ausente del blog, porque he estado intentando subir un vídeo a mi canal, pero el internet no me ha permitido realizar dicha acción. Entonces mientras se restablece el servicio, quiero contarles de mi visita a la montaña la Z, ubicada en el sector Pirineos, de San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira - Venezuela.

I had been a bit absent from the blog, because I have been trying to upload a video to my channel, but the internet has not allowed me to do so. So while the service is restored, I want to tell you about my visit to the Z mountain, located in the Pyrenees sector, of San Cristóbal, Táchira State - Venezuela.

El recorrido inicio desde mi casa. La parte baja de San Cristóbal, para llegar al pie de la montaña, caminé con mi hermano @reinoldroberts, aproximadamente 4 kilómetros. En la entrada, cerca del parque Quinimari, esperamos a mi amiga Carroll, quien nos ha hecho compañía a nuestros paseos, desde que llegó a San Cristóbal (estaba fuera del país). Desde entonces hemos programado nuestros paseos junto a ella, ya que disfrutamos de compartir estas actividades deportivas.

The tour starts from my house. The lower part of San Cristóbal, to reach the foot of the mountain, I walked with my brother @reinoldroberts, approximately 4 kilometers. At the entrance, near Quinimari Park, we waited for my friend Carroll, who has kept us company on our walks since she arrived in San Cristóbal (she was out of the country). Since then we have scheduled our walks with her, since we enjoy sharing these sports activities.

Nos encontramos en la entrada para empezar a subir la montaña y comenzamos la caminata. Al principio, yo no tenía muchas ganas de subir, porque he caminado mucho estos días, diariamente 9 kilómetros por las noches, cómo actividad deportiva. Sin embargo, lo que me motivo a seguir caminando, fue el ánimo de mis amigos. Además, ya estaba allí, sería aburrido esperar o regresar sola a casa.

We meet at the entrance to start climbing the mountain and begin the hike. At first, I did not really want to go up, because I have walked a lot these days, every day 9 kilometers at night, as a sports activity. However, what motivated me to continue walking was the encouragement of my friends. Besides, she was already there, it would be boring to wait or go home alone.

Comenzó el ascenso y todo marchaba de maravilla. Hasta el clima nos favoreció, estaba un poco nublado y el sol no se asomaba en el cielo. Para mí un excelente clima para subir la montaña. Estábamos preparados, yo llevé hidratación, una mandarina y también protector solar, este último para retocar cada 50 minutos, que es lo que dura el factor de protección, ya que no quería tener insolación, mi piel es súper sensible y lo mejor que puedo hacer es cuidarme.

The ascent began and everything was going great. Even the weather favored us, it was a bit cloudy and the sun did not peek out of the sky. For me an excellent climate to climb the mountain. We were prepared, I brought hydration, a tangerine and also sunscreen, the latter to touch up every 50 minutes, which is how long the protection factor lasts, since I didn't want to have sunstroke, my skin is super sensitive and the best I can do is to take care of myself.

Llegamos a la meta sin complicaciones, desde arriba la vista se veía maravillosa y se disfrutaba de un rico clima de montaña. Allí mi amiga y yo hicimos algunos ejercicios de las rutina de Patry Jordan, para estirar los músculos y para relajarnos. Luego, nos quedamos contemplando el valle entre las montañas y respirando el aire fresco que se percibe en este lugar.

We reached the goal without complications, from above the view was wonderful and we enjoyed a rich mountain climate. There my friend and I did some exercises from Patry Jordan's routine, to stretch our muscles and to relax. Then, we stay contemplating the valley between the mountains and breathing the fresh air that is perceived in this place.

Finalmente, luego de permanecer allí arriba durante aproximadamente 40 minutos, iniciamos nuestro descenso. Ya era hora de llegar a casa y descansar. Todo salió genial, ir a la montaña para mí siempre resulta siendo una de mis actividades favoritas para desestresarme y salir de la rutina.

Finally, after staying up there for about 40 minutes, we started our descent. It was time to get home and rest. Everything went great, going to the mountains for me always turns out to be one of my favorite activities to de-stress and get out of the routine.
