To keep our hair healthy, it is necessary to cut the ends every 6 months if you do not frequently use curling irons or straighteners, and every 3 months if you expose your hair to heat with these devices.
Since getting keratin, I have reduced the use of heat on my hair drastically, and as a positive result, my hair has remained healthy. Additionally, I use Novex heat shielding, because hair is also exposed to the sun and this can burn it as well.
So in my case, I am trimming my ends every 6 months, to achieve healthy and strong growth. This time I had a haircut. But I didn't go to my usual stylist. My mom had seen a new one through social media and we were encouraged to make an appointment with hers and go to his hair salon.
We had to travel to the Cárdenas municipality near San Cristóbal, specifically to Táriba, because the hair salon was there. From the first moment I liked it, the place is very nice and they also offer other services such as manicures and pedicures. From the first moment we arrived they took great care of us and even gave us coffee. They had a menu, because they offer food while you wait for your turn.
The stylist is called Elvis Méndez. And he treated me wonderfully. I fix my haircut because it was uneven. And I was happy with the result. So you'll see me there soon, since Elvis makes some beautiful Changes in Look. So I hope to see you soon.

Para mantener nuestro cabello saludable, es necesario cortarse las puntas cada 6 meses si no usas con frecuencia tenazas o planchas, y cada 3 meses si expones tu cabello al calor con estos aparatos.
Desde que me hice la queratina, reduje el uso del calor en mi cabello drásticamente, y como resultado positivo, mi cabello se ha conservado sano. Además, uso el blindaje de calor de Novex, porque el cabello también se expone al sol y esto lo puede quemar también.
Así que en mi caso, estoy cortando mis puntas cada 6 meses, para lograr un crecimiento sano y fuerte. Esta vez ya me tocaba corte de cabello. Pero no fui con mi estilista habitual. Mi mamá había visto a uno nuevo a través de las redes sociales y nos animamos a pedir una cita con el e ir a su peluquería.
Tuvimos que viajar al municipio Cárdenas cerca de San Cristóbal, específicamente a Táriba, pues allí quedaba la peluquería. Desde el primer momento me gusto, el lugar es muy lindo y además ofrecen otros servicios como manicura y pedicura. Desde el primer momento que llegamos nos atendieron muy bien incluso nos dieron café. Tenían un menú, porque ofrecen comida mientras esperas tu turno.
El estilista se llama Elvis Méndez. Y me trato de maravilla. Me arreglo mi corte de cabello porque estaba disparejo. Y quede contenta con el resultado. Así que me verán por allá pronto, ya que Elvis hace unos Cambios de Look preciosos. Así que espero verlo pronto.

Te quedo muy lindo y el corte de puntas revitaliza el cabello, el lugar se ve genial, además te puedes dar un gustico, a mí también me gusta cortarme las puntas cada 6 meses y siempre estoy pendiente de la fase de la luna para que crezca sano.
