Hola amigos de HIVE hoy les hablaré sobre como preparamos unas ricas papas mixtas.

Hello friends of HIVE, today I'm going to tell you about how we prepare some delicious mixed potatoes.

En mi recinto de trabajo preparamos todo a cuánto comida rápida y así es como las preparamos aquí en @crabbaymarket

Los ingredientes a usar son los siguientes:

Papas
Pollo
Carne de res
Tocineta
Queso amarillo
Chorizo o chuleta
Salsa de maíz tocineta de queso cheddar de ajo mostaza mayonesa y salsa de tomate.

Nosotros usamos todo por cantidades ya predeterminadas por raciones de la cual es para comer dos personas.

Procederemos a pelar las papas y cortar finamente e uniformemente ya que así quedarán fritas todas y no algunas y otras crudas.

Después las enjuagamos y dejamos en agua de vinagre y sal por al menos 2 horas. Ojo no usar demaciado vinagre porque luego se desmoronan las papas Solo un chorrito, antes de freírlas dejamos escurrir 5 minutos luego l colocamos en papel para que retire la humedad despues le rusiamos almidón de maiz

calentamos el aceite a 180° por 10 minutos y colocamos las papas en el aceite hasta que estén doradas o según su gusto.

At my work compound we prepare everything to how much fast food and this is how we prepare them here at @crabbaymarket.

The ingredients to use are as follows:

Potatoes
Chicken
Beef
Bacon
Yellow cheese
Chorizo or chops
Bacon cheddar cheese cheddar cheese garlic mustard mayonnaise corn sauce and tomato sauce.

We use everything in quantities already predetermined by portions of which it is to eat two people.

We will proceed to peel the potatoes and cut them finely and uniformly since this way they will all be fried and not some and others raw.

Then we rinse them and leave them in vinegar and salt water for at least 2 hours. Before frying, let them drain for 5 minutes, then place them on paper to remove the moisture and then add some corn starch.

Heat the oil at 180° for 10 minutes and place the potatoes in the oil until they are golden brown or according to your taste.

Mientras ya tenemos muestra plancha ya caliente se procede a colocar la carne primero porque tarda más en cocinarse al menos 5 minutos antes de poner el pollo el chorizo y tocineta son lo últimos de poner a la plancha ya que se cocinan más rápido. Preferiblemente el chorizo que sea de ajo o ahumado le da un sabor magistral al combinarse todo.

While the griddle is already hot, proceed to place the meat first because it takes longer to cook at least 5 minutes before putting the chicken, the chorizo and bacon are the last things to put on the griddle because they cook faster. Preferably the garlic or smoked chorizo gives it a masterful flavor when everything is combined.

Mientras las papas carne pollo chorizo y tocineta se están cociendo agarramos un plato de circunferencia ovalada o según su criterio el de su preferencia en lo particular me gusta colocar una capa de salsas antes de poner las papas eso lo dejo a su gusto. Después de colocar dicha capa de cremas se procede a poner las papas Solo la mitad haciendo una colchón después colocamos el pollo carne chorizo sobre ello solo colocamos salsa de tomate mayonesa mostaza y de ajo

While the potatoes, meat, chicken, chorizo and bacon are cooking, we take an oval plate or according to your criteria the one of your preference, I particularly like to place a layer of sauces before putting the potatoes, I leave it to your taste. After placing this layer of creams we proceed to put the potatoes only half making a mattress then we place the chicken meat chorizo on it we only place tomato sauce, mayonnaise, mustard and garlic sauce.

Después el excedente de papas restante se cubre con ellas las carnes y si en esta etapa colocas las salsa de maiz salsa de queso cheddar salsa de tocineta salsa de tomate salsa de ajo en la cantidad que mejor te guste en mi caso suelo prepararlas con una cantidad intermedia Pero hay clientes que le gusta con una mayor cantidad de cremas.

Then the remaining excess potatoes are covered with them and if at this stage you put the corn salsa cheddar cheese sauce bacon sauce tomato sauce garlic sauce in the amount that you like best in my case I usually prepare them with an intermediate amount but there are customers who like with a greater amount of creams

En este punto están casi lista las papá solo nos faltan dos cosas el queso amarillo y la tocineta, después de colocar las salsas se ralla el queso amarillo cubriendo las papas y sobre ello se coloca la tocineta ya sea en tiras o en trozos.

At this point the potatoes are almost ready, only two things are missing: the yellow cheese and the bacon. After placing the sauces, grate the yellow cheese covering the potatoes and place the bacon on top, either in strips or in pieces.
