Beautiful mushrooms for today at FungiLovers
Hello friends today I bring some very sweet Mushrooms for this great community of fungilovers
I did some mushroom hunting a few days ago in a cocoa farm, why am I there? Because the cocoa garden is one of the shady places and has moist soil because it is rarely exposed to sunlight, it is caused by the leaves of the cocoa tree which are quite dense. Its many branches and cocoa leaves that fall to rot is one of the favorite places for mushrooms to grow. After we entered the plantation, it didn't take long for my eyes to be immediately mesmerized by the beauty of the tiny mushrooms that grow on the rotting skin of the cocoa pods.
Yes, who would have thought I found a very sweet Mushroom fern-Mycenaceae .
After taking some pictures, I continued looking for some more mushrooms until I found Marasmius sullivantii Mont in a pile of fused cocoa leaves with the ground.
This Marasmius sullivantii Mont mushroom is really adorable, they grow and live in groups that still easily have different colors, namely light brown or brownish white. While the older ones are decorated with a brownish-orange color, these mushrooms usually grow on rotting tree leaves.
Those are some of the mushrooms I found this time, hopefully a short story and some pictures of these mushrooms can make you feel entertained and like them.
