We collected medicinal pinecones | Plateau (EN-TR)

Hello everyone, today we are prepared for a picnic. We took our samovar and everything necessary for a picnic and went to the plateau.
It is very nice to have a picnic in the cool and fresh air.

Picnic is very nice in this beautiful weather. There are various kinds of flowers.
Who knows what disease these flowers are good for. I'll show you some flower pictures I took

Since we don't have time, I'm showing you these flowers.
But many kinds of flowers are available in our plateau. The smell of the flowers that grow on this mountain is another beautiful scent.
The main reason we went to the plateau was to collect green pinecones. We will collect these pinecones, boil them and make pinecone molasses.
In my next article, I will share pictures of boiling pinecones. But now we have collection pictures.
Pine cone molasses is very good for the lungs and body, it is very healing. Let me show you the pictures I took.

We collect in such a green way. It's not a dried pine cone. It's important to be green. It is good for the lungs and many diseases.

Herkese merhaba arkadaşlar bugün piknik yapmak için hazırlandık. Semaverimizi ve piknik için ne gerekliyse bütün malzemelerimizi alıp yaylaya çıktık.
Serin ve temiz havada piknik yapmak çok güzel oluyor.

Vaktimiz olmadığı için size bu çiçekleri gösteriyorum.
Ama bir çok çiçek çeşidi yaylamızda mevcut. Kokuları bir başka güzel bu dağda yetişen çiçeklerin.
Bizim yaylaya çıkmamızın asıl sebebi yeşil çam kozalağı toplamaktı. Biz bu çam kozalaklarını toplayıp, kaynatıp çam kozalağı pekmezi yapacağız .
Size bir sonraki yazımda çam kozalağını kaynatırken resimlerini paylaşacağım. Ama şu an toplama resimlerimiz var.
Çam kozalağı pekmezi akciğere ve vücuda çok iyi geliyor, çok şifalıdır. Size çektiğim resimleri göstereyim.

Böyle yeşil bir şekilde topluyoruz. Kuru çam kozalağından olmuyor. Yeşil olması önemli. Akciğerlere ve bir çok hastalığa iyi geliyor.
