SOCIAL MEDIA CHALLENGE: EASYPEASY

This week I fought one of the easiest battles I've ever had to fight since I started my Splinterlands journey. The win was easy, my strategy was clear and it was proof that yet again I was getting a hang of this game. My opponent got to experience first-hand the definition of torture from me, something I am kind of used to experiencing. It also feels good when you are the one giving the torture in a battle game and just seeing my opponent's cards and arrangement it was clear that person was more newbie than I was. So what if I came to brag in this post, at least let me enjoy my win for the time being before someone comes to whoop me in the ass again 😂.

This time I didn't win with a low mana cap, in fact, all the positions were filled with a mana cap of 39 to play with. And yes I crushed my opponent At the end of the day. It does feel good to win right 😂. I decided to go for my norms and made some tweaks to the card's positioning. I did make a mistake in my card arrangement because normally I would use Deeplurker as my first card, but I ended up using Kulu Swimhunter in the second line instead of Flying Squid. I've never used this card before, and I must have mistakenly clicked on it when I was trying to click on Deeplurker without realizing it until during the game. I don't even know its abilities because I've never used it, however, it stood its ground and took all the hits till the end with of course help from my very lovely Medaali Guardian.

The battle link

So Deeplurker took the first line, Kulu Swimhunter took the second line and Flying Squid which is usually best in second position took the third line. I decided to put Merdaali's guardian on the fourth line instead of the third line where I normally put her, I think I did this because of my experience last week and it paid off quite alright. Deeplurker died from the thorns of my opponent's first liner Cursed Windeku and Kulu Swimhunter came on next holding the ground until the end. My opponent took was strategically placing silent sha-vi at the last position which was a major pain in the ass but it still couldn’t stop me from winning. I placed Diemonshark and Sea Dog of Eight at number five and six respectively but that silent sha-vi managed to kill Sea Dog of Eight placed in the last line.

MY CARDS

MY OPPONENT’S CARDS

Merdaali's guardian as usual did a lot of saving by healing all the hits and since her position (4th) was not touched it was easy to do her job. Diemonshark also played a nice role alongside flying squid who were firing from different positions and made it hard for my opponent to reciprocate. At the end of the battle I was left with 4 out of 6 monsters and I was happy to go with the win.
