Is Marvel Cinematic Universe Loosing Its Magic?

Lately after seeing some of the recent marvel movies, I must confess that I have not been impressed by any of them. They are either too childish, comedic or with less content than the initial marvel movies that I wholeheartedly fell in love with.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is a collection of films and television shows that tell a unified story about Marvel characters, settings, and stories. The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is a joint venture between Disney and Marvel that features characters ranging from Black Panther and Doctor Strange to Spider-Man and Iron Man.

How it all started
If I'm not mistaken, the Marvel Cinematic Universe began with the first Marvel superhero film, "Iron Man," in 2008, which featured Tony Stark, who used nanotechnology to create an artificial heart after being trapped in a cave in the Middle East. That helped him become Iron Man, which spawned the MCU we know today.

As time passed, the MCU began to introduce films starring other superheroes such as Thor, The Hulk, and Captain America. Then came the big reveal: Nick Fury of the SHIELD agency, who brought them all together to form the Avengers Initiative, with the goal of fighting threats together. That was the MCU's high point for me.

I'll also never forget when the MCU took us to space with the "Guardians of the Galaxy" films, which focused on a group of heroes trying to stay safe while protecting others in space. The MCU expanded over time, exploring unknown corners of the galaxy as heroes both famous and obscure became pop culture phenomena. We learned more about Thanos and his plan to capture all of the Infinity Stones, which have the power to destroy the universe, at that point. Then came the fantastic Avengers End Game.

Marvel Studios has decided to expand its content explosively in Phase 4, connecting a bloated film release schedule with multiple series released on Disney+.

But what's happening now..
I'm not sure if I'm the only one who notices or feels it. Something seems to be missing from the MCU. They should bring back a significant ingredient.
The latest Thor love and thunder show a significant shift. The dull comedy and bright images resembled a scene from a children's show. Furthermore, all other MCU franchises, such as Ms Marvel and The Moon Knight, have poor story plots. I'm curious if the MCU hired new story writers and restricted them to a specific type of script writing.

They painted the villain in Thor: Ragnarok as a god killer, but what does he do? He goes in to kidnap small children. Really? A god killer with a penchant for children? Is that supposed to give him a fiery appearance?

Let us also look at Moon Knight and Ms. Marvel. For the first few episodes, they introduced the two characters in a traditional urban setting, with a personal connection to two specific countries and cultures, Egypt and Pakistan. Then, perhaps as a plot twist, the two series send their heroes to a country with a connection to their personal history. Finally, each series investigates how its heroes travel to places that may or may not be real.

Now, how are these two series which were supposed to have different storyline or structure and an entirely different character, somehow end up following a similar structure?

I don't even want to talk about the series She Hulk. That is definitely not the marvel I know.

But could it be because of the number of contents they're releasing almost every month? Is the pressure much on them to keep up giving out contents? Is it so overwhelming?

Or shouldn't they just calm down and re-strategize to give us the avengers kinda feel again?

Because I think the days of the Avengers were when the MCU were in their best form.

These are just thoughts from a curious fan.
I am just asking?
