What book are you reading this weekend and why? What do you love about it? This response has to be about a book you’re currently reading, not one you read previously. Photograph the book as your image for this post. (Your own photos only.) Bonus points for telling us what the next book on your list to read is and why?

Weekend engagement on weekend experiences are always a time to think outside the box. Because of the questions always asked here.

Okay, so I’ll go straight to the point.

This weekend I’ve been on the book **The Rules Of Love by Richard Templar. And so far I’ve come to find the book so interesting. One look at the name and you think the book talks about love with your partner or spouse, the romantic kind. Actually it does but when you get digging into the contents you realize that it does not just talk about rules of love in the aspect of intimacy or intimate relationships. But it talks about rules of love in general. And when I mean general. I mean rules for everyone. Typically the book goes beyond the normal dating tips we all know. It tries to tell us to go extra miles carefully looking beyond the normal perspective we all know or follow.

It tells you the rules for finding love, rules in relationship, rules in friendship, Family rules, parting rules etc. That is what made me stick to this book.

While reading I love having my pen with me to take down some important quotes. It turns out the person that I borrowed the book from does the same too. Because I’ve seen several underlined points/ quotes in the book. Which you can see in some of the pictures carefully underlined.

About the Author:
Richard Craze who goes by the pen name Richard Templar is a Best selling British author who basically his books are all based on rules covering the facets of human behavior or life. As an avid people watcher he has used his observations of others to draw out some of the most important life lessons.
He has authored books like Rules Of Thinking, Rules Of Management, Rules of Wealth, How To Get What You Want, Rules Of Money.

How did I get hold of this book
I’m not good in sourcing for nice good books. So most times some of the books I read are recommended by friends who also are devoted readers and writers too. But this particular book is different because it wasn’t given to me by my regular friends. Last week I started talking to a new female neighbor in my compound and just two days ago I discovered she is a lover of books and has a little library where she keeps books.

I asked her for some and she brought a pile of them asking me to select. When I couldn’t make a choice she picked these two for me. And I must say they’re great choices.

Next book on my reading list

The Act Of Marriage; The Beauty of Sexual Love is the next book on my reading list. Carefully handpicked for me by my neighbor. The book was written by Tim and Beverly LaHaye.

Well I’m not ready for marriage yet so I really don’t know why she picked that for me. I hope to find it interesting too.
