I love it roasted

Hello to this part of the world!
Special greetings to everyone reading this, I'm sure you're doing good👍.
This is actually my first time to publish in this community. I'm a big time lover of food even though I eat a lot and it doesn't reflect on my size😄.

Let's talk about roasted corn😋

Whenever it's maize's season, I'm always referred to as a "bird" by my mom because of the rate at which I consume it. I could skip real meal to have a nice moment with my corn on fire while I roast and eat at the same time.

Oh yes, I prefer it more when it's roasted to when it's boiled because of the reservation of its sweetness.
I know you'll argue with me on this but I'll still tell you that it tastes more sweeter when it's roasted to when it's boiled.
Don't you know that during the process of boiling, some sweetness are washed off? Roasting has a way of saving its sweetness from draining, it keeps it intact for you✌️.

Although;
I know it becomes stronger to chew when it's roasted to when it's boiled and that made it a food for the people that have strong teeth😁.

I had an enjoyable moment with a roasted corn earlier this Month. I was badly craving for it, so I went out to locate a vendor. I bought two, one for me and the other one for my brother.
The corn wasn't sweet though because it wasn't harvested that day...maybe it was plucked a day(or two days) before I bought it. That's how it works, once its harvested and not eaten within 24hours, its taste drops.

Thanks for reading.

Let's say you prefer boiled one because of its strong while your teeth is "soft" 🤣
