I make fruit smoothies because it helps me to eat more easily about fruit, last Sunday I went to the supermarket and bought a lot of fruit, Which if make me eat all the fruit, so I like to make be smoothie because it is take of many fruits to mix, will make me feel easy to eat and also has a fruity aroma and the sweetness of the fruit Importantly, it also has health benefits.
🍅🍅 Making my smoothies will be my style is very simple, I don't add sugar or syrup, Because the fruit has a unique sweetness. Making my smoothie today have yogurt which yogurt I made homemade, avocado, green apple and ice. I blended all the ingredients together, After that it can be drunk.
