Raw Material

1. Chicken 1 kg.
2. Garlic
3. Lemongrass
4. Galangal
5. 2 teaspoons of salt
6. Onions
7. Kaffir lime leaves

Making Process

1. Clean the chicken and then cut into pieces
2. After that, pound the kaffir lime leaves, galangal, onion, garlic and lemongrass together coarsely.
3. Mix with chicken that has been cleaned.
4. Add salt and mix well.
5. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, Steam for 40 minutes.
7. Done

3. นำไปคลุกกับไก่ที่ทำความสะอาดเสร็จเรียบร้อย
4. ใส่เกลือ คลุกให้เข้ากัน
5. พักทิ้งไว้ 30 นาที
6. หลัง 30 นาที นำไปนึ่งประมาณ 40 นาที
7. เสร็จเรียบร้อย
