STORKS ❤️❤️❤️

Hello dear friends in the hive and to you bird lovers. This is my first post in the group and I hope you find it interesting. I will share my photos from the village where I live.

These are our friends, the storks that migrate to our homeland Bulgaria every spring. As pairs, woodpeckers build nests and lay eggs in them. After the young grow up and it starts to get cold, they migrate to warmer southern areas and so every year.

Yesterday while doing my workout I came across many of them and decided to photograph them. Very beautiful and graceful birds. The nests were literally hundreds of meters apart. The cubs were now quite grown and this gave me the opportunity to photograph them

You may know that the parents of the storks change and go for food until one stays in the nest to look after the young. I have also wondered many times how they manage to stand in this heat. Not about forty degrees Celsius here at the moment. Storks are friends of people because they feed on different types of reptiles.
