Hello everyone. Today saturday Son and granddaughter do not have to go to school. Me and my wife didn't go anywhere too. Because we have to take care of our son closely. If friends have read my post. I will always tell you the reason why I can't go anywhere, when my son is not going to study occupational therapy at a special education center. (Son's special children's school). My son is an autistic child who sometimes gets irritated and hurts himself. Me and my wife don't risk taking our son anywhere, if it doesn't matter. because if the son is rampant, he will disturb others. And we have a hard time controlling our son. So we stay at home all day.

Our saturday routine at home, in this post I will focus on the story of our lunch. Today's lunch, the wife has to think and cook a meal that the adults and kids can eat together. สวัสดีทุกๆคนครับ วันนี้วันเสาร์ ลูกชาย และ หลานสาว ไม่ต้องไปโรงเรียน ผมและภรรยา ไม่ได้ไปไหนด้วย เพราะ พวกเราต้องดูแลลูกชาย อย่างใกล้ชิด ถ้าเพื่อนๆ เคยได้อ่านบทความของผมแล้ว ผมจะบอกเหตุผล ที่ไม่สามารถไปไหนได้เสมอ ในเมื่อลูกชาย ไม่ได้ไปเรียนกิจกรรมบำบัด ที่ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ (โรงเรียนเด็กพิเศษของลูกชาย). ลูกชายของผม เป็นเด็กออทิสติก ที่บางครั้ง หงุดหงิด และ ทำร้ายตัวเอง ผมและภรรยา ไม่เสี่ยงพาลูกชาย ไปไหนทั้งนั้น ถ้ามันไม่สำคัญ เพราะถ้าลูกอาละวาด จะรบกวนผู้อื่น และ พวกเรามีช่วงเวลา ที่ยากลำบาก ในการควบคุมลูกชายของพวกเรา พวกเราจึงอยู่บ้านทั้งวัน

กิจวัตรวันเสาร์ ของพวกเรา ที่บ้าน ในโพสต์นี้, ผมจะเน้นเรื่องอาหารกลางวัน ของพวกเรา มื้อเที่ยงวันนี้ ภรรยาต้องคิด และ ทำกับข้าว ให้ผู้ใหญ่ และเด็กๆ กินด้วยกันได้ เธอทำผัดกระเพราไก่กับหมู เธอทำผัดกระเพราไก่และหมู รสเผ็ดสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ และผัดกระเพราไก่และหมู ซึ่งไม่เผ็ดสำหรับเด็ก นอกจากนี้ เธอยังปรุงกุ้งชุบแป้งทอด และ ท้องปลาแซลมอน ชุบแป้งทอดด้วย
