Hello everyone. Several days ago, I took everyone to see a strawberry farms, which is a royal project for the hill tribes in Ban No Lae (No Lae village). But Ban No Lae area still has one more interesting attraction. This attraction is a natural viewpoint on the mountain. And is approximately 2.5 kilometers from the strawberry farm. This attraction is called Ban No Lae The Border Of Thailand and Myanmar. Which is a border military base on the mountains of Thailand and Myanmar.

Ban Nor Lae is a village of the Palaung hill tribe or Dara-ang. These Palaung hill tribe migrated from Myanmar to Thailand and live in the mountains. And this Palaung hill tribe village is in a military area on the border of Thailand and Myanmar. This village is a small village with the original hill tribe way of life. The occupation of the hill tribe people in Ban Nor Lae is agriculture and selling souvenir products for tourists.

The viewpoint is also in the military area. And you have to travel through the village first. To enter the border military base area of Thailand and Myanmar. And these are some of the atmospheres in Ban No Lae. Which is located on a mountain, more than 1500 meters above sea level. I photographed it from inside the car, which my wife was driving.

Before entering the military base and the border of Thailand and Myanmar area. You will see a mini market. This market has small hill tribe shops and most of them sell souvenirs from the Palaung hill tribe.

Near this hill tribe market (At the entrance to the military base) there is a pavilion built similar to the TaiYai style pavilion. Inside there is a buddha image. But this pavilion is closed so we cannot go inside the pavilion.

Beside the pavilion is a monument to King Naresuan too. King of the Ayutthaya Kingdom (Ancient Kingdom of Thailand).

When entering the military base, there will be a wide courtyard. You can park your car in this wide courtyard.

And when you pass through this courtyard, it will be the area along the border of Thailand and Myanmar.

This area of ​​the Thai and Myanmar border is safe. You will see many military bunkers and military camps. You can take photos with these bunkers safely and without danger. And there are many large flowers in this area, which We don't know this kind of flower. But this flower is big. Compare it to my wife's hand.

And the highlight of this place is the natural viewpoint. which is the nature of Myanmar and Thailand. On the Myanmar side you will see nearby Myanmar military bases, nature and mountains. But there are no Myanmar villages. And on the Thai side you will see nature and tea plantations. I think you will like and enjoy it.
