Hello everyone. This post, I share the story of a food for my family that my wife cooked. This menu is called northern thai spicy soup with chicken (Kaeng om gai). Absolutely various vegetable ingredients for cooking this menu. My wife harvests fresh vegetables from the garden area the house. And it's a organic vegetable that I grow to eat for my family. She harvests croton from the along the fence in front of the house first.

Then she harvests culantro, which is close to the croton.

She walked behind the house harvesting kaffir lime leaves, chaya and small tomatoes. She also harvests chili peppers, lemongrass and turmeric to make chili paste too. But I didn't take pictures of these vegetables.

When the wife finished harvests all the vegetables, she immediately cooked northern thai spicy soup with chicken (Kaeng om gai).

She put chili peppers, lemongrass, shallots and turmeric in a mortar and pound all the ingredients. Then put the shrimp paste in a mortar and pound the shrimp paste and ingredients together to make curry paste.

Then she put the curry paste in the pot and stir-fry the curry paste until it's cooked and fragrant.

When the curry paste is cooked, she puts the chicken in the pot and stir-frys the chicken mixed with the curry paste until the chicken is cooked.

When the chicken is cooked, she put the water in the pot and boils until the water boils and put the kaffir lime leaves in the pot.

Then put the croton and chaya in the pot and boil for a few minutes.

She put small tomatoes and culantro last.

Done, northern thai spicy soup with chicken (Kaeng om gai).
