Food for family, cooked by my wife part 45, Northern thai traditional mixed curry from organic vegetables that I grow area my house, Fry pork mixed with chili paste.

Hello everyone. This post I share the story of a food my wife cooked for our family. It's pouring, this morning. so we didn't go anywhere. So my wife has free time to cook at home. Today she cooks traditional food in northern Thailand. This menu is northern thai traditional mixed curry.
After the rain stopped, she harvested vegetables from the garden area our house. What kind of vegetables did the wife harvest today to cook? Take a look.

Ivy gourd

chaya

star gooseberry

After the wife finished harvesting the vegetables, she immediately cooked for us. She started cooking the curry paste first.

Ingredients for cooking curry paste.

  1. shrimp
  2. paste garlic
  3. shallots
  4. dried chili

The wife puts paste garlic shallots dried chili in a mortar. Then pound the paste garlic shallots dried chili until finely. Then put shrimp paste in a mortar and pound shrimp paste mix with garlic shallots dried chili. Done, curry paste.

Then cook the first menu which is northern thai traditional mixed curry. Ingredients for northern thai traditional mixed curry.

  1. chicken
  2. preserved bamboo shoot
  3. curry paste
  4. green brinjal
  5. croton
  6. gurmar
  7. culantro
  8. holy basil
  9. Ivy gourd
  10. colocasia gigantea
  11. acacia pennata
  12. chaya
  13. star gooseberry
  14. vermicelli

How to cook northern thai traditional mixed curry.

Put curry paste in a pan and stir-fried until cooked and fragrant.

Put the chicken in a pan and stir-fried the chicken mixed with curry paste until chicken cooked.

Put the preserved bamboo shoot in the pan, stir-fry the preserved bamboo shoot with the chicken and curry paste.

Put a little water in the pan, when the water boils put the green brinjal in the pan. And stir-fried until almost cooked.

Then put all the vegetables in the pan and stir fry mixed with the chicken, curry paste and preserved bamboo shoot until all the vegetables are cooked.

Then put vermicelli in the pan last and stir-fry for a while, turn off the gas stove.

Done northern thai traditional mixed curry.

Menu 2 my wife cooks fry pork mixed with chili paste. She put the pork in the pan and fry it. When the pork is cooked, mix it with chili paste.

Today's delicious food we eat with hot rice.
