Food for family, cooked by my wife with the chemical free vegetables I plant in my home garden part 101 : Stir-fried pork with chili spur pepper and oyster sauce, Thai spicy shrimp paste mix pork rind dipping sauce, Fried pork, Crispy fried eggplant.

Hello everyone. This post is another story about the food my wife cooked. Of course the vegetables that are the ingredients for the food she cooks, Some vegetables are harvested from the home garden. Wife's cooking ideas each time. She walks around the garden first, if there are any vegetables that can be harvested. Then she would think of food that could be cooked from those vegetables. This time too. We walked around the garden in home the morning. And there are many vegetables in the garden that can be harvested for cooking. This post, What vegetables does the wife harvest from the home garden for ingredients? Let's go.

The vegetables my wife harvested from the home garden in this time, Everyone have seen these vegetables often in my other posts. She harvests chili spur pepper, bird's eye chilli, green eggplant and brinjal.








The first dish for this post is stir-fried pork with chili spur pepper and oyster sauce.

Ingredients stir-fried pork with chili spur pepper and oyster sauce.

  1. pork
  2. chili spur pepper
  3. oyster sauce
  4. onion
  5. seasoning sauce
  6. pork flavour seasoning powder
  7. garlic
  8. vegetable oil

Chop the pork, chili spur pepper, garlic and onion into a plate to prepare the stir-fry.

Stir-fry the chop garlic with vegetable oil in a pan until fragrant, then add the pork to the pan and stir-fry until the pork is cooked.

Put the chop chili spur pepper in the pan, then put the chop onions in the pan and stir-fry for a while.

Season with oyster sauce, seasoning sauce and pork flavour seasoning powder. Then stir-fry until the chili spur peppers and onions are cooked. Turn off the gas stove.

Done stir-fried pork with chili spur pepper and oyster sauce.

The second dish was thai spicy shrimp paste mix pork rind dipping sauce.

Ingredients thai spicy shrimp paste mix pork rind dipping sauce.

  1. shrimp paste
  2. pork rind
  3. bird's eye chilli
  4. lemon
  5. sugar

Toast shrimp paste until cooked and fragrant. Then crush the shrimp paste, pork rind and bird's eye chilli in a mortar until mixed together. Season with lemon and sugar.

Done thai spicy shrimp paste mix pork rind dipping sauce.

My wife also fry pork to cook fried pork. And cut the green eggplant, mix it with crispy flour and fry green eggplant in a pan to cook crispy fried eggplant. Additionally, she fry eggs to cook fried egg too.
