Food for family, cooked by my wife with the chemical free vegetables I plant in the home garden part 106 : Thai food, hot and spicy curry with rat-tailed radish and pork.

Hello everyone. How are you today? Now there are many vegetables in my home garden that can be harvested to eat. And one of all the vegetables in the garden that I want to share this post with is rat-tailed radish. My family likes to eat the fruit of this vegetable. So this post is another story about food from rat-tailed radish.
Every time we need eat this vegetable. My wife will bought this vegetable at the wet market. But last month I tried growing rat-tailed radish in my home garden for the first time. My wife used to harvest the leaves of this vegetable and its fruit to cook. And this post is another dish made from its fruits. The food for this post is hot and spicy curry with rat-tailed radish and pork.

Starting with me taking everyone to look at the vegetables in my home garden first. Now in the home garden there are many fruits of rat-tailed radish. And it's enough for cooking. Our granddaughter also helped harvest the fruit of the rat-tailed radish.

Additionally, my wife also harvested many vegetables for this dish. What vegetables are there? Let's go. She harvests small tomatoes, culantro, spring onion, galangal, lemongrass. But I didn't take pictures of all the vegetables she harvested.

All ingredient of hot and spicy curry with rat-tailed radish and pork.

  1. rat-tailed radish
  2. pork
  3. small tomatoes
  4. culantro
  5. spring onion
  6. galangal
  7. lemongrass
  8. shrimp paste
  9. shallots
  10. onions
  11. dried chilli
  12. pork flavour seasoning powder
  13. garlic
  14. oil

It's time to cook. Begin by crush the garlic shrimp paste, galangal, lemongrass, shallots, onions and dried chilies using a pestle and mortar to make a curry paste.

Then, my wife put a pot on the stove and heat the oil. When the oil in the pan is hot, put the curry paste to the pot and stir-fry until cooked and fragrant.

Then add the pork to the pot and stir-fry until the pork is cooked.

Put water in the pot and boil until the water boils, then put the rat-tailed radish in the pot.

Season with pork flavour seasoning powder.

Then put small tomatoes, culantro and spring onions to the pot. Boil until all ingredients are cooked.

Done, hot and spicy curry with rat-tailed radish and pork.
