Mixed vegetable stew with pork (tom jab chai) and fried shrimp, The simple lunch for me and my family that my wife cooked today.

✍️ Hello everyone. In this post, I took everyone to see the lunch my wife cooked again. My son didn't go to school today. Because the teachers at the special training center have errands for 3 days, which are Monday - Wednesday. So my wife and I stayed at home taking care of our son. We didn't go anywhere other than sending our granddaughter to school in the morning and taking our granddaughter home in the afternoon. So my wife has time to cook lunch. Our lunch for today is a simple lunch as usual.

The first dish that my wife cooked was mixed vegetable stew with pork (tom jab chai).

✍️ Vegetables from the vegetable garden that we grow at the longan orchard. But today I didn't take a photo of my wife picking vegetables at the longan orchard. Because I have to take care of my son who is a special child at home. The son started to get irritable. So I have to take care of my son closely so that he doesn't hurt himself. The wife then collects vegetables at the longan orchard alone. And the food photography for this post, was taken by my wife. So today I didn't take pictures of my wife while she was cooking. There was only a photo of the cooking that my wife cooked and she photographed only her hands on the food. In this post, I don't write how to make this menu anymore because I already wrote in the previous post, several weeks ago.

The second dish for our lunch is fried shrimp.

✍️ Fried shrimp for my son and granddaughter, it's a favorite dish for kids. This is why my wife chose to cook this dish for our lunch too. Wife mixed shrimp with egg and battered and deep fried. After that, she fried the shrimp in a pan. So this menu is simple food for my son and us, 1 more menu.
