Hello everyone. Today I would like to introduce Temple in Fang District district where I live Today I had the opportunity to make merit and pay respect to Buddha images at this temple for the first time. This temple is called Wat Udom Mongkkol (วัดอุดมมงคล).
Location Wat Udom Mongkkol is Mae Kha Subdistrict, Fang District Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. Wat Udom Mongkkol is located on the main road. Route 107 Chiang Mai - Mae Ai.
This temple was built in 1887, 135 years old. This temple was formerly known as Wat Mae Kha before changing its name to Wat Udom Mongkkol. This temple is a small temple, Area of about 4,060 square meters.

Starting from a beautiful large entrance door decorated with clear glass shards and decorations painted in gold, and on the entrance door There are 3 small pagodas.
A large white chapel decorated with white and gold ornaments. At the top of the chapel, there is a pagoda like the entrance door. Outside and inside The chapel has Thai pattern art. In addition, inside the chapel, there is a principle Buddha image, white body and gold robe painted in Lanna art.
Within the temple area There are various Buddha images, the giant green and red statue and a large statue of Indhra riding Erawan.
Because the temple area is small Therefore, there are not many big trees like other temples that I have been to.

ประวัติและที่ตั้งวัด

สวัสดีทุกๆคนครับ วันนี้ผมขอมาแนะนำวัด ในอำเภอฝาง ที่ผมอาศัยอยู่ วันนี้ผมได้มีโอกาส ไปทำบุญไหว้พระ ที่วัดนี้เป็นครั้งแรก วัดนี้เรียกว่า วัดอุดมมงคล ที่ตั้ง วัดอุดมมงคล ต.แม่ข่า อ.ฝาง จ.เชียงใหม่ ประเทศไทย วัดอุดมมงคล ตั้งอยู่ริมถนนใหญ่ เส้นทาง 107 เชียงใหม่ - แม่อาย. วัดนี้สร้างเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2430 อายุ 135 ปี วัดนี้เดิมชื่อวัดแม่ข่า ก่อนเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นวัดอุดมมงคล วัดนี้เป็นวัดขนาดเล็ก เนื้อที่ประมาณ 4,060 ตารางเมตร

เริ่มจากประตูทางเข้า ขนาดใหญ่ ที่สวยงาม ประดับด้วยเกล็ดกระจกใส และ ประดับด้วยทอง และ บนประตูทางเข้า มีเจดีย์เล็ก 3 องค์
อุโบสถสีขาว ขนาดใหญ่ประดับประดา ด้วยเครื่องประดับสีขาวและสีทอง ด้านบนสุดของอุโบสถ มีเจดีย์คล้ายประตูทางเข้า ภายนอก และ ภายใน พระอุโบสถ มีศิลปะลายไทย นอกจากนี้ ภายในอุโบสถ ยังมีพระประธาน องค์สีขาว จีวรสีทองลาย ศิลปะล้านนา
ภายในบริเวณวัด มีพระพุทธรูปต่างๆ หลายองค์, ยักษ์เขียวกับแดง และ พระอินทราขี่เอราวัณองค์ใหญ่
เนื่องจากบริเวณวัด มีขนาดเล็ก จึงมีต้นไม้ใหญ่ ไม่มากนัก เหมือนวัดอื่นๆ ที่ไปมา
