✍️ Hello everyone. Besides to the royal factory 1 (Doi Kham) is a food processing factory from agricultural products of farmers in the area. And there is the royal factory 1 museum that I've written in the previous post. Within the royal factory 1, there is also a shop selling products under the factory brand called "Doi Kham".

Today I will take my friends to see the shops inside this doi kham factory. This shop is in the same building as the royal factory 1 museum. And this shop is decorated in a style similar to the traditional chinese tavern of the Yunnan chinese community.The shelves, tables and chairs are all made of wood.

In addition to selling various Doi Kham products, the shop is also a coffee shop. Today me and my wife tried the coffee mixed with passion fruit juice. We eat with other Doi Kham products. The taste of coffee mixed with passion fruit juice is like you would drink coffee and passion fruit in one cup. The taste is bitter and sour, with a sweet taste too.

We sit and drink coffee and eat Doi Kham products while watching some of the staff working and this royal factory and can see the chinese temple on the hill from the corner where we sit too.

✍️ สวัสดีทุกคนครับ นอกจากโรงงานหลวงที่ 1 (ดอยคำ) เป็นโรงงาน แปรรูปอาหาร จากผลผลิตทางการเกษตร ของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ และ มีพิพิธภัณฑ์ โรงงานหลวง 1 แห่ง ที่ผมเคยเขียนไป ในโพสต์ที่แล้ว ภายในโรงงานหลวง แห่งที่ 1 ยังมีร้านขายสินค้า ภายใต้แบรนด์โรงงาน ที่เรียกว่า "ดอยคำ"

วันนี้ผมจะพาเพื่อนๆ ไปดูร้านค้าภายใน โรงงานดอยคำแห่งนี้ ร้านนี้อยู่ในอาคารเดียวกับ พิพิธภัณฑ์ โรงงานหลวง 1 และร้านนี้ตกแต่ง ในสไตล์คล้ายกับโรงเตี๊ยมจีนดั้งเดิม ของชุมชนชาวจีนยูนนาน ชั้นวาง โต๊ะ และเก้าอี้ ทำจากไม้ทั้งหมด

นอกจากร้านนี้ จำหน่ายสินค้าดอยคำ หลากหลายแล้ว ทางร้านยังเป็น ร้านกาแฟอีกด้วย วันนี้ผมและภรรยาลองดื่ม กาแฟผสมเสาวรส พวกเราทานคู่กับ ผลิตภัณฑ์ดอยคำอื่นๆ รสชาติของกาแฟผสมเสาวรส เหมือนดื่มกาแฟและเสาวรส ในแก้วเดียว รสขมอมเปรี้ยว มีรสหวานด้วย

เรานั่งดื่มกาแฟ และกินผลิตภัณฑ์จากดอยคำ มองดูพนักงานบางส่วน ที่ทำงาน และ โรงงานหลวงแห่งนี้ พวกเราสามารถ มองเห็นวัดจีน บนภูเขา จากมุมที่เรานั่งอีกด้วย
