Starting the first day of the week with my wife.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. I have an appointment with a Chinese medicine doctor/acupuncturist for my back and leg pain today. Since last month, I have been suffering from back and leg pain due to lifting and caring for my 70 kilogram autistic son. So I have been treating it with Chinese style acupuncture. I am now on my 4th session, my condition is gradually improving. I have a doctor's appointment around 10:00 a.m., but before seeing the doctor, my wife and I took our granddaughter and autistic son to school.
Then we traveled to another district to buy ingredients and essentials for this week. We don't need to buy any meat or vegetables this week as we have enough leftovers from last week. As a result, we skipped the Lotus and Makro in our district and opted for a large local store in a neighboring district instead, which is actually closer to our home despite being in a different district.
Our journey this morning was cloudy and overcast, but it didn't rain. Although some sections of the main roads in our district and nearby areas are currently being expanded to 4 lanes, most of them have already been 4-lane roads for many years. Only a few parts remain as 2 lanes. However traffic isn't heavy after we drop off the kids at school.

We took several minutes to get to a large local store. It's like a supermarket with many types of products and brands, but it has no air conditioning. This store participates in the government's cost of living subsidy program, So we went to buy things at this store. This is just a small selection of what they have in this store.

Before seeing the Chinese physician, we returned home to store the numerous things we had purchased. The sub-district hospital was quite crowded today. While I was receiving Chinese acupuncture to treat my back and leg pain, I was not able to take any photos inside the facility.

Finally, I'll show you our lunch today. We are having lunch close to my son's school. Right after eating, we intend to pick my son up from school and go home right away. Today we have Yentafo pink noodle soup with thin rice noodles and rice topped with stir-fried minced pork and holy basil. And our drink is iced green tea.
