Hello everyone. Rainy season. In May, this year it rains more than last year, this year it rains every day. Some days, it rains terrifyingly. Fruits and vegetables grown by the people of my village, produce large quantities of agricultural produce for sale and to eat. The vegetables I planted in the land around the house grew as well, it rained every day so my wife and I picked them up, not coming to cook in time. Today me and my wife Didn't go out to run errands, so wife had time to cook lunch today.

Vegetables that my wife uses Today's food ingredients : Lvy Gourd, Coccinia, Chaya, Wild Betel Leafbush, Acacia pennata, Rat-tailed Radish, Gurmar, Croton leaves, Galangal, Lemongrass and Turmeric. These vegetables are all vegetables that I grow myself in the land around my house. Other food ingredients that I can't plant myself Must buy from grocery store: garlic, shallots and shrimp paste.

How to cook Boiled mixed vegetables with grilled chicken.
Step 1 Pound the curry paste that will be boiled without chili using shallots, galangal, lemongrass, shallots, turmeric and shrimp paste.
Step 2 grill the chicken in the pan until cooked and cut the chicken into pieces.

สวัสดีทุกคนครับ ฤดูฝน. พฤษภาคมปีนี้ ฝนตกมากกว่าปีที่แล้ว ปีนี้ฝนตกทุกวัน บางวันฝนตกอย่างน่ากลัว บางพื้นที่ในอำเภอที่ฉันอาศัยอยู่ มีน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน ทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วม หลายพื้นที่ แต่ฉันโชคดีที่หมู่บ้าน สวนผลไม้ และฟาร์ม อยู่บนที่ราบสูง ไม่ได้รับผลกระทบจากฝนตกหนัก และน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน นอกจากความโชคดี ที่ไม่มีผลกระทบ ดังกล่าวแล้ว ฉันและคนในหมู่บ้านยังได้รับประโยชน์ จากฝนอีกด้วย

.. วิธีทำต้มผักรวมไก่ย่าง.
ขั้นตอนที่ 1 โขลกน้ำพริกที่จะต้มโดยไม่ใช้พริก โดยใช้หอมแดง ข่า ตะไคร้ หอมแดง ขมิ้น และกะปิ
ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ย่างไก่ในกระทะจนสุก แล้วหั่นไก่เป็นชิ้น
ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ใส่พริกแกง ที่ไม่ใส่พริก ลงไปผัดจนสุก และมีกลิ่นหอม หลังจากนั้น ให้ใส่ไก่ลงในหม้อ ผัดและผสมให้เข้ากัน
