The morning began with a light mist and first cool breeze of this year, shockwave therapy session to relieve arm pain, sold used cardboard boxes and plastic bottles at a recycling shop, our meal together, doing a little bit of shopping with my wife.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Another day of spending our free time together, with my wife, while our granddaughter and autistic son are at school. Today, we have some free time to relax, go out, or do some outdoor activities. We make them in our district. My wife and I set off on our journey. After having breakfast, we dropped the kids off at school first. I’m going to take you to see the morning atmosphere on the main road of our district. It’s a morning with light mist and the first cool breeze of this year.

After that, we went to the Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital in another sub-district called Mae Ngon. My wife had a physical therapy appointment there. She suffers from chronic arm pain and needs to receive shockwave therapy at this center. This Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital is located along a rural road. We have to travel from the main road onto the rural road. Before reaching the Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital, we stopped to grab a bite to eat at a local shop in the village.

Upon arriving at the Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital, we walked to the physical therapy unit and found no other visitors, allowing my wife to secure the first appointment slot. Shortly afterward, however, a large number of people began arriving for services. My wife's shockwave therapy takes about 30 minutes.

After that, we went home. We planned to gather the cardboard boxes from our online shopping and the plastic bottles from our drinks, which we had stored in the storage room for about two months, and sell them to a large recycling shop. It is not far from our house.

In the late morning, the sky is clear and it’s starting to get hot.

We spent 35 minutes selling cardboard boxes and plastic bottles here.

By the time we finished selling the cardboard boxes and plastic bottles, it was already 1:10 PM, which delayed our lunch. So we decided to eat at a restaurant. Naturally, we went to a simple restaurant. In the afternoon, we hit the main road again. The atmosphere on the main road in the afternoon is completely different from the morning. We are having a sunshower—the sky is clear, yet it’s drizzling.

Today’s lunch features northern Thai chicken curry noodles, thin rice noodles in pink noodle soup, and the ice-cold beverage. It is such a delicious meal, and it totally hits the spot after being so hungry.

We still have almost an hour, so we plan to take a walk at a nearby fresh market, which requires a short drive. The sky is still clear, but it is drizzling.

We have quite a bit of time to stroll around the market and pick up some foods for dinner as well. The local market is rather deserted in the afternoon.

After that, we picked up our autistic son from school and go home. These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
