Travel to Mae Ai District, Chiang Mai, Part 2 : View on the way to Mae Ai District.

Hello everyone. My wife and I's trip to Mae Ai District, Chiang Mai a few days ago. We intended to visit a temples. Because Mae Ai District is another district that has many temples. And yesterday I shared the first temple of the trip, which is Wat Nong Bua Ngam. We also visited many temples. But I will share those temples in other posts. This post, I want to share the views of this trip. Which are some of the views while traveling on this trip on highway 107 and rural roads.
Mae Ai District is a rural district. Most of the area is plains and mountains. And most of the houses are one-storey houses and two-storey houses, but there are no tall buildings, except for hospitals. Moreover, most of the local people are farmers. The plantation areas of local people in this district are rice fields and orange plantation. And the Kok River is an important river for local farmers in the district. I'll take everyone to see these atmospheres, let's go.

That day's trip, It's quite gloomy again for the trip. But it's not cloudy or foggy. It's pollution from smog. And pollution occurs every year in March and April. The journey was therefore not bright. First take a look at the atmosphere on Highway 107.

And the atmosphere on rural roads. Right now, some rice fields are deserted because they haven't been planted yet. Some areas are already growing rice in the rice fields.

The green areas in rice fields, can now be seen in Mae Ai District. My wife and I were happy to see the green space in the rice fields. Looks very fresh and relaxed.

The atmosphere around the plantation and the Kok River. Look beautiful and enjoy as well. Of course we really liked the view from this area.

Finally, I’ll go on to share about our food on that trip. That day, we again ate stir-fried crispy pork with basil and rice. It's a favorite dish that my wife can't cook. So I like to eat this dish often when we go out. We also ordered papaya salad.
