Trip to Chai Prakan District, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand : Introducing Aranyawasi Temple.

Hello everyone.

✍️ Last week, my wife and I visited some temples and attractions in Mae Ai District. Mae Ai District is adjacent to Fang District, the district where I live. But Mae Ai District is north of Fang District. Today my wife and I, we change the scenery to visit temples and tourist attractions in Chai Prakan District. Chai Prakan District is a district adjacent to Fang District. But Chai Prakan District is to the south of Fang District. Therefore, Fang District is a district in the middle between Chai Prakan District and Mae Ai District.

✍️ If you travel from Chiang Mai - Fang route, you will reach Chai Prakan District before Fang District and next to Fang District will be Mae Ai District. Mae Ai District will be the last district north of Chiang Mai Province before entering Chiang Rai Province.

My wife and I agreed that after sending our son and granddaughter to school. We are going to visit temples and attractions in Chai Prakan District that we have never been to. Without us knowing the way or where we are going. We deliberately drive around, read roadside signs and visit temples or attractions. Without the aim of the trip to Chai Prakan District.

✍️ The weather this morning was very nice, no sun and no traffic jams. There are hardly any traffic on the road. The first place we met after driving on the Fang - Chai Prakan route was a Thai temple named Aranyawasi Temple.
This temple is located along the main road Fang - Chai Prakan route, Pong Tam Subdistrict, Chai Prakan District, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

✍️ This temple is a small temple with no no highlight, just a beautiful chapel in northern Thai temple style, a pagoda, a meditation building and a monk's residence.
