Panang Curry

Hello everyone. Thai food that is popular with both Thais and foreigners, besides Tom Yum Kung and Papaya Salad. Curry food of Thai food is also popular with Thai people. and some foreigners as well.
Today I would like to introduce a Thai food called Panang Curry (พะแนง). Almost all Thai people know Panang Curry. And it is a popular food that is on the Top List of some foreigners as well.
Today my wife made Panang Curry with pork, for our lunch. The taste of Panang Curry with pork that my wife cook today is spicy and sweet.

Omelette.

Also, my wife cooks omelette with gurmar. Another popular food of Thai people is omelette. Some people like omelette with nothing or Some people like omelette with minced pork or Some people like omelette with vegetables. But my wife and I like omelette with vegetables. omelette with Acacia pennata, the most popular in Thai.
But today we changed the taste from acacia pennata to gurmar instead, which is delicious too. in my opinion.
